perk Finesse cool-down BUG

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: perk Finesse have no cool-down, when before the perk [Finesse] movement finish, palate has been break. (happen when killer are blight、Dark Lord、Nemesis、PTB Executioner、Oni、Demogorgon、Hillbilly、Cannibal)

PLATFORM:PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  1. carry Finesse in match
  2. use Finesse to vault but not finish yet
  3. killer break palate
  4. NO CD

how to fix: apply CD when use [Finesse], not the [Finesse] done then apply CD.

    I tested this bug and I've figured out the cause and changed the report to help you guys fix this.

    i think it’s because the way finesse’s cooldown is coded to where it doesn’t go on cooldown until after the animation is over and the survivor is over the pallet/window. since the killer breaks the pallet while you’re midway through the animation, the game code doesn’t register it as a completed vault so it doesn’t go on cooldown.
