it needs to be significantly harder to reach Iridescent ranking. It’s so easy to get any skill level can basically acquire iridescent ranking and that just ignored the whole point of ranks if anyone of any skill level can reach the top. Needs to be way harder, rewarding for reaching such ranks

Ranks has nothing to do with MMR, and it’s not a competitive feature, so why?
It only determines how much BP you are getting when the 13th hits.4
