Windows of opportunity, DS, Off the record, Deliverance needs some nerfs.
Windows is undoubtedly the most used perk in the game because of its versatility.
Nerf idea: Reduce the aura reading to 15 or 20 meters and only activates when NOT in chase.
(Not activating while in chase leads to require to have some skill, which is remembering which loops are safe and because of the upcoming change for map items.)
Survivors sometimes use Off the record not as an anti-tunneling perk, but rather bodyblocking to tank a hit.
Force to activate by entering a locker as for DS. And both perks still activates when fully healed.
DS: Deactivate when entering a locker or fully healed.
Off the record: Deactivate when fully healed.
Deliverance activating during endgame collapse is very irritating and almost guaranteeing an escape depending on the place hooked is unfair.
Nerf idea: Doesn't activate after all gens are done.
For killer perks, Pain res and Pop could use a slight nerf to its regression percentage.
Pain res to 15% of the total progress, Pop to 10% of the current progress.

DS, OTR deactivate when healthy would be very annoying against instadown killers…
Pop at 10% would be a joke…
Overall just bad ideas imo
I don't think there is currently perk that would need a nerf. Rather give some buffs, so new perks are relevant. Sadly most effects are simply beyond saving.-1 -

Says the guy who crys windows not activating in chase is useless and deactivating DS/Off the record against when fully healed against one shot killer is annoying. The purpose of one shot killers is to get faster downs but requires some preparations. If you can’t play without these perks, that’s a you problem. Couldn’t be me kekw. And who said anything about “too strong”??? Tisk tisk tisk.

Well, it's true… I can understand limiting range, that's not that big issue, but it kinda loses purpose not working during chase. It would definetly be useless perk.
deactivating DS/Off the record against when fully healed against one shot killer is annoying
Using DS/OTR against Billy etc. would force you to stay injured after being unhooked, even if the killer is not nearby at the moment, which seems weird to me.
Also massive nerf for We'll make it, where it's easy to heal before killer returns, but I fail to see the reason OTR/DS should stop working, when killer still goes for tunnel upon return.And who said anything about “too strong”
If they are not too strong, then there is no reason to nerf them and it comes to back to nerfing popular perks with sole reason of them being popular, which is simply bad idea.
