VISIONARY DISABLE TIME IS REVERSED FOR PERK LEVEL

Visionary Perk from Felix Richter has it's disabled time reversed. 16/18/20 seconds for Level 1/2/3 instead of 20/18/16 seconds for Level 1/2/3.
