Unbound Revert for The Mastermind
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Unbound was nerfed with the "bug" fix that came with the TWD patch. Can the change be reverted so it can open up unique gameplay interactions that it had with Killer power vaults. It was unique to use and expanded perk usage instead of the same perks being used like always.
