I think the problem with Best of Prey is that it’s pretty hard to use in a chase, because if you want to mindgame with it, you risk losing the Bloodlust buff altogether.

I would suggest a buff:

Also increases the time Bloodlust regresses by 100%.
So instead of 5 seconds out of chase until Bloodlust is gone, it would be 10 seconds.

That would make it a decent chase perk in some situations. It would still remain fairly niche, but it would have its place in certain builds.

    I would simply not connect it to bloodlust and make it you need to stay in chase for 20 seconds (slightly more) to gain undetectable for 40 seconds.

    This way you will have more killers who can get value out of it…
