Killer's rulebook needs to be law
Survivors have a timer, they cannot work on generators until they fill up their repair gauge by being in a chase. Once they've been in a chase they can repair generators for the same amount of time as the chase. Otherwise, they cannot work on generators.
If survivors complete 3 generators within a span of 300 seconds between the first generator and the third generator, they cannot use items, suffer a 4% hindered for the rest of the trial, can no longer heal and have their aura revealed to the killer for the rest of the trial.
Here's is why this buff to killers is needed:
1. Survivors often hide and do not interact with the killers all game, being too passive for anyone to have fun
2. Killers need to play the game and have interaction, since killers can lose interaction, survivors should be punished for not playing the game as well
3. Survivors often use god gaming chairs
4. Surviviors ignore my rulebook and I want it to be law
5. The survivor rulebook is law, so the killer rulebook needs to be law for there to be balance
