PTB Wiped my progress

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I loaded up the PTB patch, and my entire profile seems to have been reset to zero. No player customization, no killer/survivor levels, nothing. I still have some killer/survivor cosmetics but none of the rift skins.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I activated the public test branch. I let it install overnight. I then launched DBD, and the game was like this.

PLAYER LOGS: Unable to upload, it simply says "PERMISSION PROBLEM" above it. I've dug around online and apparently it's something internal I can't fix so I don't know what else to say. Please help.

  • Player logs are required from PC players only.

    Wish I could delete this considering I did figure it out, but even still. I don't know why BHVR feels the need to change the PTB even more. Now I have to spend all my auric cells they gifted me on buying back killers/survivors if I wanna play as them.

    I enjoy the changes somewhat, but it feels frustrating it was left in a message rather than a more agressive popup.
