SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Attempted to use strength in shadows sable perk in Nostromo shack basement along with sable's other perks for an adept attempt. the bar was shown as full and showed no progress of the heal in both the active bar ui and the team ui. Suspicions being on the map since I used the perk earlier in a different game and had no issue with it (Coal Tower)
