Forced into Windowed Mode during a match
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: This is an issue that has only occurred to me twice during my time playing and I have no idea what caused it as I never touched either of the keys (Alt or Enter) that would normally trigger the change.
The first incident was a couple years ago when I was playing as the Onryo. As I was chasing the final survivor, two of my three cats at the time were trying to get my attention, one stood in front of my keyboard to enjoy the air from my AC and the other was trying to play with the cord. Right as I downed and picked up the last survivor, the third cat jumped onto my keyboard and forced the game into Windowed mode leaving my character rotating in place and spamming their basic attack until the survivor wiggled out. After the match ended and I gave the cats their requested attention, I chalked it up to supernatural feline fuckery and restored the settings.
Then came a survivor match I played in a SWF today where it happened again against a Huntress despite none of those events happening this time. I got hooked as the exit gates were opened and one of my allies were able to sneak up and get the unhook. I held Shift + W to start running as my character's feet hit the ground, but as soon as I did that the game was forced into Windowed mode accompanied by a short freeze. This just led to me getting upset because my hook was right in front of the opened gate, yet this random occurrence denied me the escape. My fingers never touched the Alt key or the Enter key, yet Windowed mode still decided to force itself to activate and ruin a perfectly obtainable escape.
Any information regarding what exactly happened here would be appreciated, especially if there is a way I can completely (and safely) remove Windowed mode from the options entirely to permanently prevent it from ever activating again.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Unknown, as it has triggered randomly via a different combination of keys being pressed. The cat incident had them pressing down on the F keys upon jumping on the keyboard. This second recent incident only had the Shift and W keys pressed when the trigger happened.
VIDEO: Cannot provide as videos do not capture a change in resolution when recording the game directly, and without a live key pressing tracker displayed on the video there would be no way to prove what keys I pressed through a video.
PLAYER LOGS: These are the logs from today's matches. I wanted to try and read the logs to better isolate the issue, but they are written in a language not even Google was able to translate.
