Multiple springtrap visual bugs

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: when axe is lodged in a survivor, the axe model drags along the floor sideways rather then properly in their shoulder blade.
When traveling through a door as most if not all springtrap alt skins, the first person camera stares at the floor rather then facing where he is walking
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: anytime i hit an axe throw or went through a door respectively
