FIxed generators not displaying the loud noise notification

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
When playing as either survivor or killer I don't see the black bubble whenever a generator gets fixed about 50% of the time, I still hear the noise and see the red arrow pointing though. This is annoying when playing as the killer as I can't know where the survivors who fixed the generator are.

PLATFORM:
Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
It happens when playing normally, I can't tell under what circumstances it happens and when it doesn't.

    Yeah, it's really annoying as Killer especially if you've been in chase, then turn around to see where it was and just don't get any indication 🙃

    I see this bug was also still in the PTB so I hope they get it fixed by the time 9.3.0 drops.
