What are some builds to use for the Ghoul?

I've been playing Ghoul for quite a while now and I've been wondering, what kind of killer builds are good to use on him, i mostly use a build like brutal strength, forever entwined, surge, and pain resonance but it lacks gen regression, what are some builds to use on Ghoul that you recommend?
