Killer: SCP-096 – “The Shy Guy”
Base Concept: Once someone sees his face, he becomes an unstoppable, enraged hunter. Survivors must avoid his gaze at all costs.
Movement & Stats:
Movement Speed: 115%
Terror Radius: 16 meters (normal), shrinks to 0 when enraged
Lunge: 4 meters
Special Ability – “Face of Horror”:
When a survivor sees SCP-096’s face, he enters Rage Mode after a 3-second delay.
In Rage Mode:
Movement speed increases to 150% for 15 seconds.
Terror radius disappears.
Breaks pallets instantly.
Cannot be stunned by flashlight or pallets.
Survivors who trigger Rage suffer a panic effect: 10% skill check difficulty increase for 15 seconds.

1. Bleeding Fear
Hitting a survivor with a basic attack applies Hemorrhage for 12 seconds.
While Hemorrhage is active:
Healing is slower
Skill checks are slightly harder
Survivors leave more visible blood trails
2. Relentless Pursuit
After breaking a pallet or vaulting a window, gain a 3% movement speed boost for 3 seconds.
Stacks up to 2 times.
3. Soul Shred
Survivors repairing a generator within 12 meters of the killer progress 10% slower.
