Perk Idea: Fake Hatch
I wanted to share a perk concept here and see how well it would be received. I also did think about it a bunch to cover any potential bases. For the sake of this concept, let's call this perk "Illusion of Freedom".
The perk would activate when the hatch would spawn, which would spawn a secondary fake hatch alongside it. This fake hatch is indistinguishable from the real one complete with the appearance and humming sound, with things like Left Behind and Clairvoyance showing its aura just like the real one. If an offering is in play to manipulate the hatch's spawn location, the fake hatch will also spawn in that same location alongside it. Only the Killer will know which one is the fake one by seeing its aura.
If the survivor ends up jumping through the fake hatch, then at the height of their jump animation the Entity will impale them like in the endgame collapse and kill them. Another idea is a special kill animation for the fake hatch where a geyser of blood shoots out of it after they jump in, complete with their death scream. This would probably be easier to do compared to cutting an animation short then transitioning it into another one.
It's essentially spending a perk slot to give the last survivor a 50/50, which I do not believe would be troublesome and lead to some hilarious clips. Plus, it would be a unique idea to give the killer a perk to play around the hatch and this would be a great approach to it without just slapping Left Behind into a killer perk and calling it a day (they'd see the fake hatch's aura, but not the real one's aura)

I like it actually. Its funny. But i don't like that they get killed for using the fake hatch. Maybe make it injure you instead if you're in healthy state and deep wound you in injured state? Death would be too punishing.

You act like you can't already get this same result with Rancor. Get over it.
Hatch is already a win once a survivor finds it. If it's just an injure or deep wound, then they can use that speed boost to get away and reach the real hatch.

I like this. Very delightfully evil.
That said, I think it should rather put the survivor in the dying state and show you their location, instead of it being an instakill.

Diabolical, but the Hatch is not a Mechanic that should be tampered with. its made to end the game, not this.

Awful for 1v4, but would make for a hilarious event mode.

You pretty much debunked your own argument there. The game still ends regardless.
Take the real hatch, you win and the game ends.
Take the fake hatch, you die and the game ends.Nothing changes except the middle step.
