A question about the PTB Furtive Chase

In the PTB the perk furtive chase has been nerfed, going from a speed and undetectable perk to a terror radius shrinking perk, and its effect will max out at a 50% decrease of the terror radius size, so for most killers its 32 → 16 meters if I am not mistaken. How does this work with the monitor and abuse perk, does it mean the terror radius is decreased by 75% so normal killers with these perks will have an 8 meter terror radius?

I want to figure out how much I can shrink the 32 terror radius of average killers, if anyone knows what the interaction between the perks is I would appreciate it if you could help answer this question.

    I am actually very happy because this is what Furtive Chase was for the most part initially.
