road life needs a rework
road life is one of the new perks added with Vee Boonyasak and is probably one of the most convoluted perks in the game.
Road Life
While injured and repairing a Generator, regular Skill Checks have the following effects:
- Gain +1 Token for Great Repair Skill Checks.
- Gain 0 Tokens for Good Repair Skill Checks.
- Lose -1 Token for Failed Repair Skill Checks.
Once you accumulate 6/5/4 Tokens, consume all Tokens to benefit from the following effect:
- Increases your Healing speed by +100 % until you stop healing.
Road Life deactivates after use and does not activate while suffering from the Broken Status Effect.
Road Life does not interact with special Skill Checks triggered by outside effects.
their is multiple reasons this perk is frustrating to use especially in comparison to other healing perks.
one you need to be injured first to begin getting tokens so if the killer decides they don't want you to do gens and focuses you down the perk will never activate.
two it requires great skill checks to activate so newer players won't benefit from it and just like autodidact it suffers from bad RNG (I swear they make it so using these perks lowers the amount of skill checks you get)
three after you activate this perk it deactivates if you stop healing, this is not a problem when healing yourself but when healing other survivors they can cancel the heal by running wasting the perk and your time.
all in all the perks is not worth the time investment it requires so here is my idea for a rework.
Road Life
While repairing a Generator, hitting great skill checks gives you a token
Each Token Increases your Healing speed by +8/9/10% up to 10 tokens
lose half your accumulated tokens upon losing a health state
lose all tokens upon entering the dying state
Road Life does not interact with special Skill Checks triggered by outside effects.
with these changes survivors will be rewarded for hitting great skill checks and will see some benefit regardless of if they are injured or not
whilst healthy the perk will help with healing other survivors but will lose some value when they get injured but if they stay injured and focus on generators it can helps with self-healing at the risk of losing it all if they go down.
this makes the perk great for survivors who want to focus on gens rather than dedicating multiple perks for a healing build.

- After 4 excellent skill checks (while injured), you gain 30 seconds of "broken" and then become healed. Plain and simple, and without praying to all the saints in heaven to activate it.🤣

That could be another way.
