Missing Characters I Brought.
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: after installing the newest update, I got into the game to see that multiple characters I know I owned, I no longer do. These are as follows: The Clown, The Spirit, The Demogorgon, Nancy Wheeler, Steve Harrington, Kate Denson, and Adam Francis. All of these characters I have prestige at least once and still have the perks for other characters unlocked.
My hypothesis is that this all has something to do with the fact that these are characters that came with the game version I bought --- the Nightmare Edition --- and I cannot access them because I never actually "bought" them, they came with the purchase of the game because I payed more for the more expensive version.

I now also see I've lost multiple cosmetics (such as Ace's white hat) likely to the same issue.
