whenever the dc penalty is turned off the game becomes unplayable. go next behaviours completely break the fundamental balance of the game beyond repair, so they must be dissuaded at all costs.
cheaters are annoying - i get it - but not only are they never going away, taking away a penalty because of them just trades one issue out for a different one.

That Band aid fix would become a big problem, since people would just start dcing non stop when things don't go their way, cheaters in the match or not.
Their Anti-Cheat is supposedly getting better soon as part of the Health initiative, so we'll just have to wait and endure. Keep reporting them so they keep wasting their money, they'll stop eventually if they get banned too often, too fast.

there’s literally 5 people in a lobby. Shouldn’t be that hard to implement a better anti-cheat system. What they got now is garbage.

You can literally just not play that round and it’s even worse. Rather have a bot than someone throwing the round. Banning me for not wanting to play against someone cheating does nothing but make me hop on another game. I play many games and only cod has this level of cheating imo

Here's a crazier idea: stop ragequitting on first down, first hook, or first hit. Cheaters are a thing but survs leaving when things don't go perfect for them is a far, far larger epidemic.
