The Amanda's Letter add-on for The Pig has been Kill Switched due to an issue with incorrect RBT count.

Many characters lack personality; Game visual is dull; Graphics are dated
Many of the older killers and survivors are just stoic, mute, and expressionless.
Yet every licensed killer in recent memory has voice lines, character, "pazzaa" (italian for mad), and SOME personality.
There's a lot of backstory filled into these killers, like the spirit, but we don't see this on screen. You would only know if you dove into their hidden tome stories.
Like wise with many of the survivors, they sort of just scream and that's about it.
I will address and acknowledge that newer survivors and killers have voice lines, personality, and character but its creating a divergence between the old cast and the new cast. BHVR needs to overhaul and get a solid baseline across all the killers and survivors.
Lastly, the game is very dull and the atmosphere is all gone. Harrowind farm or whatever in broad day light? All the maps removed any sort of lighting and mood. Game is looking dated and next gen consoles (PS6) are on their way. The graphical options are also pretty dated too. Locking the game at 120FPS feels archaic.
I know this is a lot to task but the game is really looking and feeling dated. There's no real excuse for this game to look the way it is in 2026 April. The game started off in 2016 and had way more mood to it. Now its just like….tag and any elements of horror are gone.

Yeah for me its particularly the dirty textures (make it look so ugly) and the really dated animations on survivors especially.
The game is animated worse than some ps2 games at times for survivors.2 -
"lack" of voicelines? TCM had them, and people were annoyed by Victoria crying about Jesse for the Xth time. People are annoyed hearing Orela drop yet another cheesy one-liner about tetanus. If yall want to play a character with voicelines, play the ones who have them and leave Meg, Nea and Jake alone.
I do agree that the game was much more moody and interesting looking in 2016, and that the lighing actively got worse. Not sure about it looking dated, but it does not have atmosphere at all.

Even world of warcraft at one point did a whole graphics overhaul and gradually updated all the visuals. I wonder if dbd could do the same. But as far as voices go its odd but understandable why they wont get lines. Take steve/jonathan as the prime example of what it means to give them new voicelines. Itd only serve to please newer players that have not heard their original sounds before.
