Camping and tunneling

Camping is literally hard countered by gen-rushing. Lol what more do you want?

@Rlabotath Btw. What exactly did Identity V change in the mid 2018 update that solved the problem?

I used to be a survivor main. After playing killer its 100x easier honestly you killer mains need to learn how to actually play. This game is HEAVILY influenced in YOUR favor yet you guys chose not to use it :/ this game is easy as killer and thats that.

The first few minutes of the match, completing "ciphers" (gens) is extremely slow, but speeds up afterwards. In comparison to DBD (not actual numbers, just using them for "mental" comparison), they start off taking 100 seconds rather than 80, and speed up to 60 after the timer. Rocket Chairs (hooks) take a long time to progress, easily 1 person can get a cipher done in early game, and later on, get 1 done and run around. The Killer Reveal part of Kindred is always on at all times, so all players know whether or not it's better to just leave the camped survivor or not.
The Biggest thing that those changes affect though is the way the reward structure works. You get awarded points the same way you get BP in DBD. However, depending on if you get "Victory" "Draw" or "Defeat" changes the multiplier on how many you earn. Victory gives everyone on your team a 1.2 multiplier. Draw gives 1.0, and Defeat gives 0.8. This means that camping 1 person, the others will likely escape, meaning the survivor who got camped (and got mostly chaser and distraction points) will still get a good bounty.
Honestly, in a lot of ways, IV does many things better. Rocket Chairs can be permanently sabotaged, but you can take an active ability on Killers that allows you to repair them. If you don't care if they break them, you can instead take a tracking active that reveals anyone doing any activity, or a global teleport, or CC immunity. They're able to have so many pallets in the game because killers are naturally able to counter looping if you just play them correctly. Yidhra, my favorite, works like a weird pre-rework Freddy. She herself can't hit people, but she has a minion that can. She can also summon tethered minions to people that will follow them around, and when you take control of them, can attack whomever you please. So, if you're getting looped, switch to another one and block them from looping you. Not as easy as it sounds, but it's ######### hilariously effective. So, they're has to be lots of pallets since every killer is excellent at countering them, so that you can throw them down almost at a whim to save your own skin. It's less of "Merry-Go-Round" simulator, where you just run around an obstacle till they're too close, and more of a time game. Eventually, you WILL go down, if they're decent at the game. You'll run out of pallets in the area, or they'll block you from moving to the next area of pallets. And that's okay, because as a Survivor, you know that you've earned a lot of points, and you'll still get a lot more if your team gets the "Victory." SO, everyone on the Survivor team plays for each other, and not for "points," because the points don't matter if you get a 0.8 multiplier on it.
