Changing Anti-Tunnel unhooks to stop survivor from using them overaggressively
Unhooking a survivor, instead of giving 15 Seconds of Endurance and 10 Seconds of 10% Haste, should instead give:
- 30 Seconds of Elusive
- 5 seconds of +50% Haste
- 5 seconds of Endurance
This would allow unhooked survivors to tank a hit if the killer is face camping, while also giving them a bunch of speed, which they can use to escape the hook area. Elusive insentivises the survivor to use the unhook bonus to get away rather than tank a free hit for a killer.
As a side note, removing the unhook notification while the killer is close to the hooked survivor (let's say 24 meters) could help against proxy camping.

Related perk changes:
- Borrowed Time: instead of its current effect, would grant the unhooker 5 second of Enderance
- Babysitter: instead of its current effect, Would reveal the aura of the killer to both the unhooked and the unhooker. Would also give the unhooker Elusive for 30s and 10% Haste for 10s

I think this would definitely be a lot better than our current situation. It'd make it genuinely harder for most killers to tunnel, while toning down what aggressive plays are available.
I suppose the big concern would be killers like Blight who would be able to chase the survivor down even through that speed boost, but at that point we're looking at Blight being a problem… again.
While I'd personally prefer looking in other directions this could absolutely be tested.
