Prophunt in dbd
I'd love to see a prophunt gamemode where survivors can turn into a random object (excluding grass etc) so like hay blocks, pallets, rocks etc. and some picked killers for this game mode would have a detection power that will allow them to spot survivors easier.
In addition, maps for this game mode should be way smaller (like very small fragment of some map) to add more thrill for survivors and make easier for killers to find survs.
Survivors could also once per match swap into different random object in case of chase to confuse the killer.
I'd also propose to make events last shorter (1 week is enough I think) and make them a bit more frequent to prevent long lasting queues in regular matches for a long time.
It would be nice to give survivors some extra side objective to make them a bit more occupied and not bored.
Survivors would be rewarded constantly for hiding, doing side objective and running away, and killers would be getting bp by fiding survs, damaging them and killing them.
Survivors should have like 2 lives maybe (they will respawn once as a diffrent object or just be injured but not be able to heal, idk).
Tell me what do you think about such game mode!

I like this idea in principle, but cannot conceive of a practice to make it appropriate short of severe limitations.
What I mean by that is that Legion, for instance, would have to be handled differently than Pinhead, who would have to be handled differently than huntress and so on. I could see it working if you had to pick between three or four killers (for the first event anyway) and build it around them, not dissimilar from 2v8's limitations.
My main for instance, Huntress, would be fine on the mode. But I can see Blight, or Doctor, absolutely ruining the mode.
Outside of that you'd need to severely impact movement speed while propped for example to avoid people looping with tiny hitbox props. Some kind of nerfs while changed that would prevent people from just turning it into a troll festival which is what prop hunt basically is anyway.
I'd, ideally, like to see a scenario in which the pool of players (let's say 10 people) are randomly assigned the hunter role versus the hiding role. Could be good grounds to get some survs to try out cheeky killer shenanigans whilst killers have to try some spicy stealth tomfoolery.

I understand they wanted to make this mode but they didn't. And I'm still waiting for this mode and the 5v5 one, hahaha.

Prophunt worked on mobile version, why not evolve it to become much better in a game mode! 😁
Prophunt on mobile worked, but it was bad because all gens, totems, pallets, hooks were there, some of them shouldn't be in their spot. Because it was bad to try fake a spot, when all of them were in their spot. That is just what's need to change to become fun!
Prop hunt could also be 2 killers against 12 survivors! Many possibilities!
Like @NeverSolus said, not all killers will work in this mode. And it's fine to exclude those who wouldn't work.
@Balrog Since you commented, is this something you tell the team people are interested in? For a new game mode to come, let there be a vote in the grimoire what options the community want. Since twitter votes can be faked with more accounts. The Grimoire works more safer for a solid vote. (EXCEPT voting on playstation and our phone can be a additional vote)
