I Played through the PTB, and so far I really like what I see. My main concern however are the Upcoming Killer Perks that are coming with Jason. Don't get me wrong. They have amazing concepts. And I do like them. But overall they feel very weak. So I propose a few nitpicks to help make these Perks feel more useful and probably more fun to play with. Here, take a look. I'll get into my reasoning later on...

So, did you take a good look? Hope you did. Alright, So let me explain why I think the changes would make Jason's Perks better to use.

Let's start with Hex: Scared To Death: Now, truth be told, I actually kind of like how this perk is already. But, my main gripe, is that it feels too... Nice. It feels like a weaker version of TWHACK! To me, I feel like Hex Perks should be strong and powerful Perks, seeing as how Survivors can cleanse them to permanently deactivated them. The problem I have with with Hex: Scared To Death is that the amount of time that the Hindered Status Effect lasts for once a survivor gains it, only last for 3 seconds. That's not really enough time for the Killer to gain any value from it. So I think that just increasing the amount of time The Hindered Status Effect lasts for once the survivor gets it is the perfect way to make this Perk valuable. Simply make the Hindered effect last for 10 seconds instead of just a measly 3 seconds

Next comes Silent Shadow: When I took a look at Jason's New Perks, I knew immediately that this Perk was gonna be a red flag for me. Like, only 13 seconds of Undetectable at the start of the trial? Not only are you not really likely to get any value out of that, but the status effect automatically goes away if you do manage to down a survivor during that short time. And that's not included the fact that once that starting 13 seconds of Undetectable goes away, the perk pretty much becomes useless until the exit gates are powered on. Like, say what you will about Lethal Pursuer, but at least it has the bonus effect of making survivor auras last a little longer. My idea is to make Silent Shadow similar to Lethal Pursuer, by making it a looker lasting perk. For instance, making the starting Undetectable status effect last much longer is a must. And to ensure that this perk has more value after its initial usage has run it's course, I came up with the idea, where each time a generator is completed, The killer gain 13 seconds of Undetectable. I think that would make Silent Shadow a very fun perk to run for people who wanna run stealth Killer builds.

And last but not least, We finally arrive at Rampage: Now, don't get me wrong, I like Rampage. Rampage is an amazing perk. I am all for Haste Perks. I think killers should get more of them in the future. But my one issue with Rampage is the activation requirement to trigger haste. In case you don't know, in order to trigger haste once you have at least 1 token, you have to be either blinded or stunned by a pallet. This is a problem for a 2 reasons. 1. Shadowborn already provides a 10% haste boost whenever you are blinded. 2. Unless you have Enduring, by the time you actually recover from being stunned, already like 4 seconds of that precious haste time is already gone. That's why, I think it would be better if the Haste Activation requirement was changed to something more simple. At first, I thought about just having the killer kick a generator to trigger the haste effect. But then I remember another little perk called "Turn Back the Clock" a perk that belongs to The First. This perk in my opinion, is one of the best killer Perks in the game. It's has a very simple concept. Hook a survivor, Look at a generator, press a button, generator gets damaged. Very simple, and amazing to use. So I figured, why not give that same treatment to Rampage? Instead of getting yourself stunned or blinded in order to trigger haste, you can simply press a button to gain a small speed boost for 13 seconds. And you can trigger it at any time. You don't have to fully build up the full 13 tokens. It'd like the Killer version of Sprint Burst. A break glass in case of emergency speed boost. Now personally, It think that would be pretty cool.

Anyways, there you have it. My personal idea for making Jason's New Perks a little better. What do you think? Do you think my idea is pretty good? If not, feel free to post your own ideas. Thank you for your time. See you in The Fog. 👋
