They demand refunds, they demand reverts but they keep wanting more and more killer nerfs. You got exactly what you wanted and this is how you return the favor to bhvr? You got what you wanted, stop crying.

Give me a break. Gen regression perks took a beating. Pain Res was my go to, now it can only be used 4 times. Gen kick perks got nerfed massively. If you expected these to be nerfed with DH and CoH being left alone, that is entitlement.

They want their unearned 3rd health state and free healing so taking a hit has minimal consequence.
Honestly, I suspect their dream games would be a Trapper who constantly whiffs and steps into his own traps, while eating blinds from Flashlights and bangs.

Killers have been crying for the last 4 months. Most of them ended up uninstalling the game. It's okay if survivors cry too.

It's because players have no clue how to theory craft. They see nerfs and then proceed to cry since they don't understand the full picture. I think soloq is a dumpster fire right now and understand that these changes are a buff. I mean its pretty obvious to me that gutting 3 gens and promoting split pressure/chases while nerfs to camping and tunneling are buffs for soloq.

There is literally a thread on the front page that starts with 'I hope you guys plan on refunding people like me who have spent hundreds in the games' over the balance changes, so there's that.

There's entitlement for both roles since both roles are played by people. The bias is so bad even entitled killer mains wrote stuff like "skill issue" or "cope" when devs released stats showing a 39% escape rate, and entitled survivors thought it would be a good idea to consistently throw matches for entire weeks as a protest.
People can be very biased and that's why we keep seeing the same names pop up on the forums or social media, preaching random entitled stuff for either role with no other reason other than "I don't like this" or "i dont want a challenge i just want to win"

I wish people could see this game from both sides. You can't just take and take from 1 side expecting never to lose anything from other side.
Healing nerfs are needed, medkits and CoH are big issue at the moment in this game.
Gen kicking perks..sure i can understand the nerfs especially due to Knight and SM using them to 3 gen.
They can't just nerf killers gen perks without doing something to survivor side and maybe the healing nerfs are to balance the lost time killers are now going to lose due to these nerfs.
Only nerf i really dont get is the Hillbilly one. He's a good boi and didnt need this.
Its going to be ok even if you can't heal yourself 5 times per match anymore, and its going to be ok even though your 3 gen perks arent as good anymore.

Killer has been in its' best spot ever. The game is literally handed to them on a silver platter most of the time. I've switched to playing killer outside of challenges or when a friend is around because solo queue is utterly unbearable and keep getting worse with every new patch.

Wow it might actually be challenging to survive for once. Survivors can actually earn those exit gate teabags instead of clowning in front of the killer all game cause they have infinite fast self heals

I don't care about the cream of the crop ranks where a miniscule amount of players are. Even then, the average kill rate is still pushing SEVENTY PERCENT. That's an overwhelming majority of survivors you encounter, you kill. Excuse me while I play the world's smallest violin for you because it's not 80% or more. Oh.. wait... don't worry, BHVR's here to make it even easier for you.
I play killer too. The games are much easier. Much more fun. And you have to almost try to lose most of them. Or are you one of those players that thinks it's a loss of one person found the hatch?

I play mostly survivor these days, but healing was busted af, and has been for years. A fully loaded green/ranger medkit was a devastating weapon. LIke there is/was no real reason to run anything else as a surv. These changes just bring it to where it should have been.
And let's not forget that the most popular gen slowdown perks (Eruption, CoB, Overcharge, SH:PR) have been either crippled or cut in half with these recent updates.
There's a lot of wailing from partisan "mains" going on, but there is actually a lot of balance with these changes.

Remember dark days of playing dbd without the force 16:9? Log in but forget to change the monitor to 16:9 and see nemesis headless.😂The patch that allowed you to force 16:9 was one of the best qol patches for 21:9+ players

Yeah, they basically killed the old slowdown meta (Pop/Ruin/Etc.) and replaced it with the genkick meta, which they are killing without bringing back any of the old stuff.
Gens are gonna fly.

Killers lost 150% regression from COB and OC nerfs. They also lose Pain res. Survivor will easily still heal 4 times with a single med-kit using Build to last perk. Killers have to find new perks as their previous ones were killed.

Not the same comparison, healing nerf is the base nerf, not perk.
50% base healing nerf is the same to Gen base time dropped to 60sec.

The dream game is a Billy who never M1's for any reason, but is terrible so he misses his chainsaws, which makes the survivor feel epic and like they just bamboozled the killer.

i consider OC/COB/Pain res base game because most of killer were using these perks. If your using perks, your changing the base game with said perks such that when those perks get nerfed, you are weakening the killers base-kit. All that changed for survivor base-game is med-kit healing was reduced from 16->24 seconds and their healing perk COH will changed for a different perk(Build to last).

I dunno...with these changes to survivors and soloq already being frustrating, I already see it being a lot worse and people just walking away due to not having fun.
I know how to use DH but didn't bother with it, I preferred my own build so it's not that, it's the healing and CoH that gets me. It's just going to mean fast hooks, higher kill rates on soloq and more people quitting.
Well, uh I guess on the bright side, if i can tolerate this in soloq then at least survivor incentive will be back to 100% nearly all the time?

However you see, perks are not basegame. Should I see DH base game? DH nerf means base chase time is also nerfed for Survivor?
My point is between Healing and Gen, both action should give an equal advantage to make Survivors consider to either do Gen or Healing. My main question still stand. Why 2 survivors should heal each other for 48sec, while they can do a Gen is 52sec?
Is Build to last + healing build would save more time than Build to last + Gen build?
Healing action should rewards more than doing Gen to make survivors "not to touch Gen and healing"
Should I mention, ignore healing and Gen rush is already a thing for years for skilled Survivors. They didnt need healing from the beginning, the change just make Gen rush even harder.

I would say Billy and Altruism healing nerf are worst. Nurse with huge indirect buff from DH nerf and flashlight burn is second.
Coh,DH and slowdown nerf are the best change.

The problem is that the community has asked multiple times BHVR not to start adding general killer buffs because it will overpower the strongest killers once again and then you see this healing changes...
I understand that COH was strong yes (personally it was not broken enough to nerf it), but one thing is gutting COH and another is gutting the perk while nerfing strongly all medikits on top of increasing healing times by 50%.
which killers do you think will get the most benefit out of this? Trapper? Ghostface? No, it will be the strongest high-mobility killers (nurse, blight, wesker, spirit) who are going to stomp all those that struggle with the new mechanic.
Thank god at least nurse can't use sloppy anymore.

"Killer is in its best spot ever!" is untrue, and will always be untrue.
And the reason why is because nothing, no tweak, to any perk or heal speed or any of that will ever compare to the old Ebony Mori. Nothing in the last 2-3 years that has changed is anywhere close to the power of instantly murdering any survivor on the floor.

Again. You can't nerf killers only and expect nothing to happen to survivors. If you look at that update most killer gen regression perks got gutted. So survivors are slowed down on healing.
Sure good killers will still be good killers but i personally think it was time to attack the healing survivors had. I play mostly survivor but im not biased thinking oh woe my poor medkit which healed me 4 times in a match and CoH that gave me unlimited heals. Those were broken and needed fixing.
Survivor have gotten good updates lately, so now something had to be taken away for killers to lose 3 MAJOR perks. Like i said. you can't just give give give and expect never to lose anything.
It will still be fine. You can heal yourself 2 times. You can still use CoH to heal eachother. People can still heal you.
