What if you simply don't say anything ?

I would love to do that but trust me, after a killer tunneled you the whole game, slugged you and was still toxic you can't just not say anything like that he should learn how to play "properly"

So YOU have decided that he is not playing properly so you have the rights to insult him ? Ok

You don't get to choose how other people treat you, but you're a human with autonomy; you get to choose how to react. You're perfectly capable of saying nothing. No-one forced you to regress to the level of a 12-year old, you chose to do it.

One-off? No. But continual badmouthing from the same person is harassment, which is bannable I think.

I dont think saying to someone that he need to learn how to play is an insult, I didn't throw any slur. And no it is not ME that decided that he didn't play properly but what would you do if you get tunneled and slugged? what if by saying to that player that he needs to learn how to play actually makes him more curious and tries to play without doing these things

Yes but I just want to let them know that by playing the way they are playing makes some matches miserable for the survivors and they should at least not do it all game. I know I could just ignore and act like that match didn't happen but I really don't want to see as many tunnelers, sluggers and facecamping killers, maybe it is their own strategy to win but it is not fun at all and games are made to be fun

To be honest i'm the one who tunnel from the very beginning of the game so...and i don't care at all about your feelings or how to you think i should play. Then, i always say gg if i win or loose so..as said, if you insult someone you should be banned

You're not wrong, but fun is an incredibly subjective experience. It's just two sides trying to convince the other that their subjectivity is the objective truth, neither side really being willing to listen. I've been where you are, trying to convince randos to see the light and play a game in a way that I find more appealing, but ultimately, you will make yourself miserable long before you convince anyone of anything, friend.

so is it better to just let the killers play how they want ignore the ones that make the match miserable? Everytime I go against a fair killer I say gg and I keep telling him to continue to play like this because is the most fun for both sides

Closing this here. There is a line between unnecessary negative comments, and reportable insults. While your aforenoted comment may likely fall under the former, it... falls under the former.
If you are concerned about violating the Game Rules (linked here) including Communications Abuse, I would refrain from such comments in the future. Remember that, while camping, slugging, and tunneling are not the most fun, they are not reportable offences, and its often best to not say anything in post game and go back to the character screen if what you wish to say is likely insulting or to be seen as such and garner a punishment for Communications Abuse.
