4 days and still no news on the progress of the problem.
Telling us that it's solved is one thing and that's what we all expect, but keeping us informed of the progress would be good too, it will prevent us from thinking that you are only halfway to the problem. and that it will be resolved in 15 days.

yes but when is the next update planned? did you really make a whole community and a platform wait for several days?
why other game which encounters on kind of problem the rule and launches as soon as possible a CORRECTIVE update to settle it as soon as possible and you, you keep us waiting?
contact support for what? to tell us that the problem will be resolved in a future update because the concern cannot be resolved on a case-by-case basis since it is a concern on your side!:

Having the same issue. Game stops loading at Initialisation completed. Doesn't work on the ps4 or the ps4 version on my ps5. My PS5 controller doesn't work, so I use the ps4 version. So I can't play the game at all.

yeah I hope we can have the days extended for the rift or we can get some tiers unlocked automatically when we get back in. I appreciate that y’all have tried and spoke with us and gave us updates on it, this is very frustrating for alot of us. I know it’s not y’all’s fault or what was intended, I just feel like if this was a pc issue it would’ve been solved immediately.

Just confirming that I'm also receiving the same canned response from support. If the full fix will be in the coming week as Jocelynbee mentions, that is acceptable for me, but still disappointing to have to wait that long since there's been no DBD for PS4 players since the launch on July 25th. For reference, this is what Support is saying, which doesn't provide a fix and basically says they'll get back to us when they feel like it:

I definitely understand that I'm not the only one who has submitted a ticket, but sucks to receive no timeline for the manual fix that Rizzo, Mandy, and Jocelynbee say support will provide, thus having to keep waiting. Just wanting the mods to know that Support is not providing a manual fix as you are saying they will. If anyone has received this canned response and then actually received a manual fix, please post so we know what kind of timeframe to prepare for.

This has been my exact response for my initial email, and one that I accidentally sent lol, definitely a canned response. I was also told that I can respond to them through the same email but when I went to ask them about a personal fix but was told they did not have an email to respond.

It doesn't look like they're going to be fixing this any time soon 😭 Also, if this does get fixed, we better get everything from the rift over the last 10 seasons, Cage for free, 2 Million BP, and 1000 Auric Cells as the first of three appetizers for the main apologetic course. I think i found a solution. I tried everything like deleting the game and redownloading, restarting ps4, checking for game updates, and updating my software systems. The only thing that worked was deleting my ps4 account and logging back in through “create new user”. I think you should try this and let me know if it works for u. I’ve only had this problem for an hour and this solution fixed it.

Honestly y’all shouldn’t reset everything, it’s not worth it. Losing all ur progress and achievements and purchases. I mean if you must play right now just make a new ps4 account and use that one for now. I will never understand why y’all are willing to delete everything permanently instead of waiting a week. SMH
