MFT and Hope need to be nerfed already
And i mean both, not the combo only.
Hope's large speed boost was justified due to its limited duration, which was removed, making it a permanent buff during endgame, on its own its already strong, add MFT and its just unfair, it should be 5% max.
MFT is a problem on its own, the 3% often makes the difference in getting hit or not, and you even add a Endurance effect for healing someone, making even stronger, the mere fact that Dark Theory A BOON totem gives only 2% while this gives 3% just for being injured is downright insulting.
MFT in particular hurts several killers significantly, Slinger, Doctor, Legion, Trickster, Pig, etc, hell even Blight can be hurt by this perk, and im sure Blight players can confirm this by how they likely missed a hit by an inch.
Its hard to say how this perk could be reworked, but it definitely has to lose the 3% or if you wanna keep it needs to have a different, rarer, trigger, like it only triggers when in Deep Wound, Broken or Oblivious, could potentially remove the Exhaustion thing if that were to happen, but the best option is to remove the 3%, maybe replace it with something that fits better with the Endurance effect, like a sprint after finishing a heal on someone, it would work similar to Background Player, that it doesnt immediately trigger, but you have a small window to use it.

There's many counters to made for this.
Exposed perks / add-ons
Exhausting perks / add-ons
Hindered perks / add-ons
Stealth perks / add-ons
Know when to drop chase.
But stick to your slow down perks and complain when you can't catch survivors. The meta has changed. Time to adapt.
I do think made for this will be eventually nerfed. But you need to actually try to counter builds that you don't like going against.
Also, hope doesn't need to be nerfed. There are no issues with it. People are now only upset because it's being used with Made for this.

I think that haste buffs should not stack. Only the highest value should be applied. This would make a balance.
(Also, MFT should give only 2% haste, while Boon: Dark Theory should give 3%)

So always bring a type of perk to counter this one specifically, thats great design...
Remember how Fearmonger was mandatory cause of DH? we seriously back to that again?
Also when theres 4 MFT per match often, then theres a problem.
Btw, theres ONE perk that applies Hindered, and its to deal with Flashlight/Pallet savers more than anything, and most addons for it are either useless due to how niche they are, or utterly busted that they're a problem on their own (Looking at you Blight...)

So you dont see a massive balancing problem when the only way to counter a perk is to pay 9.99€ for one specific character to have access to the very specific counter perk / killer power?
Pretty positive thats textbook Pay 2 win, and im surprised survivor mains aren't opposed to that kind of balancing philosophy.

Why has the meta changed? It's not because you have a ton of skill Because now it's an ULTRAEASY meta for survivors, because BHVR is too scared to lose your business. No one asked for the change in meta except weak or mediocre survivors. Now it's just easy mode for them lol

skill issue, dont let survs do all the gens.
also noed

Made For This isnt Endgame exclusive, also, Noed isnt as reliable anymore after the Aura nerf, which btw, is still weaker than flat 10% speed increase.

run exhaustion, run exposed, use your power, down the survivors, all of those things counter made for this

MFT yes , HOPE no
unlike MFT , hope only works at the end of the game and you do the sacrifice of not having a perk untill the end-game.
+7 is a bit more fair compared to 10% which is absurd and broken af
