no. just can see how locking someone at 5 or 6 condemn isn't particularly fun.
buff the rest if necessary.

If a survivor is racking up five or six stacks of condemn, that's entirely their own fault.

its not that this is an unhealthy change, but it wasnt brought with any buffs with her TV uptime. By getting rid of the ability to teleport spam, she's left with a lot of other problems, one being that if you are out of TVs, you have zero map pressure. I'm just upset that they didnt make the tv downtime shorter to compensate.

It is. If you ignore the ability, you get punished.
Its not hard. Tapes have almost no risk to them. If the survivor gets downed with 5 or more stacks by a m1 killer, im sorry but its their fault. The killer is not to blame for everything and should not be punished by endless nerfs. This version is partially worse than her original version.
