How do you feel about killer mains lobby dodging flashlights?

Most of the problems were there since the game was released and they created many perks as a temporary solution (such as 3 generators - face camping - the killer hit survivior immediately after unhook by team - etc.) and then they added permanent solutions.

But now they have created a problem that didn't even exist before! And the solution is to buy a licensed character to get a perk to reduce the problem?

I wouldn't blame anyone if they felt it was a scam.

DS is one of the best anti-tunnel perks and so is Babysitter and they both are licensed characters, like BHVR does this stuff all the time. How exactly is Thrill a problem when 1 perk counters the whole hex build or just gen rushing the killer since he is not running any gen regression perks. I'm sorry but i don't see Thrill as a meta perk, it's just solo queue pub destroyer perk. 1 survivor running Counterforce ruins the whole totem build. i will agree that the perk is is unhealthy on stronger killers and not weaker killers but that's just the killers different strength.

Oh but it doesn't. Counterforce reduce the problem somewhat, but does not solve it. If I play doctor with double calm+distressing on small map, you will most likely never cleanse that first totem even with counterforce, because 39s is way too much when doctor gets his power back in 30s (when survs in TR) and can cover whole map (so it doesn't matter which totem you are working on).

Basically there are instances when survivors can't do anything to counter current TotH even when taking all the possible counter perks (and not just counterforce). Like the same "counter" would be if lightborn "countered" flashlight by prolonging required time to blind by 200ms instead of giving full immunity (so yes, it helps, but not really).

Or they can just gen rush since you are not using any kind of gen regression perks. Like are we seriously trying to say that Doctor is a good killer?

The main issue with totems was their placements. The reason most people didn't bother with totem builds? Because it was too typical that the totem gets found instantly at the start of the match and then destroyed within the first 20 seconds.

This. If totem spawns weren't as awful, Hexes would be used much more. Even with Thrill getting nerfed.

this build is more strong, and more players used this build. please return back these totems, Make sure to put in the old days of totem poles to purify.

You’re complaining that 45 seconds to completely REMOVE one of the killers perks for the rest of the game is too excessive? The entitlement is deep with this one.

If you do not understand why 45 seconds is insane in DBD, you do not understand the importance of time in the game.

Hex perks are meant to be high risk/high reward - risk is it gets cleansed before you get a lot of value, reward is that it doesn't and you get say 5 stack of devour and you get to mori everyone.

You aren't guaranteed to get value and most certainly are not entitled to completely game breaking and unwinnable matches with certain perk combos/killers. The irony of you mentioning entitlement is quite something tbh

Hex value is NOT guaranteed and I dunno why you people seem to think it should be.

45s ok. So we can make hexes not loose progress when survivor is forced off them right? In that case, sure. Make it 45s basekit for all i care.

You know very well, that it's not 45s right now (more like 47). It's actually MINIMUM 47s and can be as long, as 60 minutes to cleanse 1 totem. Especially if killer creates build around it and guards his totems
