Freddy feedback - He will probably be hated (again)
Dream snare feels quite oppressive. You can easily hit survivors with it at any loop making it unsafe and it's also zoning. When you pair it with jump rope add-on you can just make asleep survivors constantly -12% hindered. As a first step i would probably increase the cooldown from 5 to 8.
Dream pallets feel pretty useless because there is barely anywhere to even put them. The aura reveal on placing them also feels pretty clunky. I honestly think rupture is pretty decent. But yeah the lack of places to put them makes this ability honestly forgettable
Dream projection buffs are much appreciated however i am certain that the killer instinct is missing which is unfortunate. 8 meters also feels like a pretty unforgiving range as well for the decrease sleep timer effect. I would hope to maybe increase this to 12 maybe up to 16 or at least have add-ons to increase this range. The removal of cancelling teleport feels bad and unreasonable. I hate starting a teleport and then noticing a survivor near me.
Additionally, teleporting to killer instinct surviors needs more indication because often times i have teleported to a gen when trying to aim at a highlighted survivor. Also, is it intended that you can teleport to survivors that are trying to wake each other up?
Alarm clocks and their immunity feel far too overbearing to allow for any playstyle that isn't purely chasing survivors down with dream snares. Forget the iri paint brush add-on, the only playstyle i think is viable is using nancy's sketch (reduces immunity duration by 20%) and any dream snare add-on.
So unfortunately i think freddy will just be a chase killer with an incredible teleport ability, that is also very easy to play. I think he will probably be hated at this rate.
He definitely needs a lot of balancing to become more interesting and fun for both sides.

I mean, snare is not better than Clown's bottle… You can also dodge it easier than clown bottle imo.
I am more worried about teleport to healing survivors.

Oh it's absolutely better than clown bottle. Clown bottle doesn't go through walls, dream snare is faster, isn't ammo limited.
Just use alarm clocks before healing 🤷1 -
Just use alarm clocks before healing
They have cooldown, teleport on healing is simply asking for full slugging approach and hit&run tactic. That is way less popular than some hindered…
Oh it's absolutely better than clown bottle.
They are slightly different in how you use them, I wouldn't say snare is strictly better.
They might increase cooldown a bit to like 6-7 seconds for snare...

alarm clock cooldown is 45 seconds and the immunity is 30 i dont see how waking up will be an issue.
The way i see it people hated skull merchant for easy hinder at loops and i think freddy can do it even better. On top of that dream projection is incredible map mobility.
I just think freddy dream snares are so easy and spammable that it's not comparable to clown.
Def needs at least a few seconds longer cooldown2 -
i like how every single freddy release is freddy over-reaction nerfs on every single release. one rework, two rework, three rework.

I think hinder was last on the list of issue survivors had with Skully… Wesker has hinder, is he an issue for it? No, he is one of most popular killers.
Clown has hinder with same % as Freddy and he can also makes himself 10% faster, yet you can still play pallets and some windows against him. You will do exactly same against Freddy.Sure, they might get slightly higher cooldown (if rupture gets buffed tho), because he has other tools in his kit, but I doubt that will be the reason to hate him for most players…
