New Killer Idea/Survivor Idea: The Cultist

The cultist is a fanatic devotee of the entity believing it to be a holy god. Once he found out about the entity's existence by witnessing it take a killer into its realm, he starts frantically researching any way of summoning the entity.

After finding out that a dark act was required, he would start kidnapping unwary strangers and keeping them for a sacrifice to the entity. Once he acquired as many as he needed, he brutally executes each and everyone one of his captives all in one place and with the fog came for him he left with a wonderous glee.
The cultist takes great glee in the trials of the entity he isn't there to get a kick out of butchering people rather he is purely motivated to satisfy the entity's needs something that has granted him the entity's favor.

As such he doesn't use a traditional melee weapon but rather the entity's own tendrils to assault survivors. His mori is one where he personally sacrifices the survivor to the entity by using its tendril to impale the survivor in the chest after a brief struggle before lifting the survivor into the air like how a regular hook sacrifice looks.
The cultist will often praise the entity when he hits, downs a survivor or hooks a survivor. Strangely the cultist will compliment a survivor if they manage to flashlight, pallet stun, or escape chase
Something unique to the Cultist is the fact that he is permitted by his own violation to be both a killer and a survivor as a means of giving false hope to the others in the lobby. When he is a survivor, he acts just as the rest of the cast often laughing when he gets hit or downed. He tends to egg the killer on when he gets a pallet stun with lines such as.

The entity deserves better than you.

His power is the entity where he can use the entity to change pallet locations, window locations, remake map geometry and generally ######### with the trial on a structural level forces survivors to stand on their toes to the changing environment lease the safe haven become a death trap.

he is draped in a black gown adored with the entity's marks when he is a killer, he is also wearing a dark hoodie with a mask made of the entity's tendrils.

as a survivor he is in casual clothing with an uncanny smile.

Perks on paper can seem balanced but be horrible in practice so keep an open mind

His perks as killer are as follows.

Devout Offering: Apon hooking a survivor gain 10% haste, 10% attack cooldown reduction (both misses and hits) and 5% generator regression for a reasonable amount of time say 60 secondish

Blessed worship: spend 30-60 seconds in the basement to praise the entity. Once this is complete all generators become blocked for 20 seconds will regressing

Repentance: gain a token anytime you: get stunned, lose chase, a survivor is unhooked. next time you break a pallet or generator consume all gain a percentage haste depending on your tokens.

His perks as a survivor are as followings

Divine Punishment: If you stun the killer in anyway, the entity will enable you to tackle the killer to the ground and stab them with the entity's tendril. Which not only increases the stun duration but also inflicts incapacitated and exposed for 30ish seconds
killers who are exposed take longer to recover from a stun, the opposite of endure
incapacitate prevents killer power usage.
goes on cool down for 4 minutes cannot be used multiple times by different survivors if multiple survivors have it when one uses it they all go on a 4 min cooldown.

Small Favor: when passing by an undropped pallet during a chase use the entity to arm the pallet to remotely drop it from a distance.

Punish Failure: If a killer fails to hit a survivor with a basic attack you can use the entity to attack and get a free stun akin to a pallet.

perk alternative: Peaceful passing: removes the struggle phase from being hooked and replaces it with another summon phase giving more opportunities to use perks like slippery meat or Deliverance. you still die in 3 hooks.
