Rework for The Ghoul Idea to improve playing as and Against

The Ghoul has one issue that makes him feel boring and not fun to play as and against is that he can just be Enraged Mode the entire match and his Enraged Mode feels literally no different than his normal mode. In Normal mode his leap length and strangth should be weaker and shorter so he still has his map pressure just not as good as if he was Enraged

What I would do to make him not only fun to play as but also against is to make him a mixer of Oni and Wesker. Like instead of making him just leap attack once and being Enraged he would need to Attack multiple people to be engaged and make it Activate able to give control on when to use it. Basically make it as a tool and not as a infinite but useless and annoying ability that makes Zero sense for The Character.

How I would make it is that if you Do a Leap attack ok a Survivor it won't down them only Deep wound but it will fill the Enraged Meter and if you fill it up by doing the Leap Attack to different survivors. Once available the Ghoul can activate it and gain new abilities that would make sense such as make him only able to vault Pallets with Leaps while Enraged only and after Leaping a pallet your hindered for the amount of the same time as Weskers making him unable to attack until he can move properly move again. But the Pallet he vaulted will be unvaultable to not only make it so he doesn't just hit after a vault but make it so Survivors cant just Revault the Pallet after. His Leaps while Enraged will be faster and more Aggressive giving survivors more reason to make him waste it and learn to body block to keep him out of it. I'm saying there is counter play YAY!!!!

Warning Normal mode can't Vault Pallets anymore and yes Normal mode is nerfed to give Ghouls more reason to get Enraged but also give survivors a chance to against the Ghoul

Let me know what you guys think of this rework and if this is better or even worse

I think the power its ok as it is, no need to rework it.

I'd rather want him to get fatigue like nurse when he hits no survivor after he uses its power.

Having him be able to catch up to any survivor after a vault or a pallet stun and free hits after a power miss its just unfair.

Unfair as well as he is able to go through hooks and gens with power and start the chase right away.

As far as i know ghoul is a 4.6 killer with the ability to leap from one side of the map to the other, its power literally can't miss since it gave a prompt that makes the survivor go in deep wound and its not avoidable, has no fatigue at any point, gets rewarded when survivor dodge its power, close any distance the survivor makes and get a free hit after it.

Bro this rework would work on him not getting free hits and hum going across the map in 2 secs. Nerfing his regular form and making his Enraged Mode so you have to work for getting it and making it limited time would make it more dangerous. Imagine Oni having his power Spirit Fury all game or Myers having Tier 3 all game long. Ghoul having both Normal and Enraged Mode different from one another makes him have Depth from DBD and His Character in General. When I played Ghoul I was Disappointed because he felt the game when he's in power or not.

So you want to make ghoul a worse legion? And kill all his skill expression and skill ceilling

Enrage mode is fine, non enraged ghouls mobility is already not that amazing, and the way enrage works now is actually very healthy for survivors, ghoul is sometimes forced to grab injured survivors to keep his enrage up, which gives you a free speed boost. Its a mechanic you need to keep up so you cant Just m1 People and instantly leap on them after 5 seconds, its actually better to get m2ed against ghoul

You know his enraged Vaulting speed is only Effected when he grabs you. So you don't want to drop the Pallet in front of him if he is Enraged Mode. Other than that his Enraged Mode is Literally the same other than a extra leap and faster vault speed when a survivor Is grabbed while Enraged. One legioned does Stab Stab Stab Stab putting people in the mending state all game. If his Enraged Mode was made like this it would morely be like a weaker Oni and a Much stronger Wesker. All because the Ghoul puts people in the mending state doesn't mean there Legioned it's like saying Myers is another Ghost Face because they both stake even though they both stake for different reason. I'm not making him anything like Legioned I'm giving his power more Depth for what his character is and counter play to make him fit the games style. If you look at his power and actually read it. It's literally the same I've played him and both normal and Enraged are the game just one had One extra Leap and faster Faulting speed when grabbing a survivor behind a window or Pallet. Them being the same with small changes are the reason why he's constantly on people is because there zero down time for the survivors because there the same

Ghoul has minimal skill ceiling, I saw few people try to use leaps mid chase to block the pallet but that's 0,1 % kaneki players. This killer is very simple and has multiple ways to get free hits, which is just not good, considering how balanced the game become, killers like Kaneki, Blight or Nurse should not exist in current version.

Just because you dont see a lot of People do it doesnt mean suddenly his skill ceilling doesnt exist.

They should nerf enrage vault to promote this high skill gameplay instead of destroying kanekis skill ceilling

Tbh I don't think nerfing his vault speed for Enraged Mode Mode do anything I think his free hits will never change mainly because of the way the Killer was Designsd. I like you actually gave proof and not just complaining about it

Dude, legion can only vault pallets during power, he has no leaps at all time to go all across the maps. And its a only m1 killer.
giving him fatigue after leap its just fair considering all other killers has a downside when not hitting with their powers.
Also Legion need to hits 5 times before downing someone with power, and if you deepwound you can just cancel power to go after that survivor, still you have fatigue animation.
He simply can catch you from the other side of the map, give you deep wound, and then leap free hits you. How can you even compare the two killers?

I guess people like to have a broken killer for easy wins, regarding the needing of having any skills at the game whatsoever.
Basically this version of the killer is so easy that even a 90 years old who never touched a pc in its life can get a 4k.

I know this isn't the best rework idea but I was only trying to make him more fun to play and better to go against. To give him the easy gameplay but also more counterable at the same time. Honestly though this will be my last post on The Ghoul because I honestly just give up sadly. mainly because all that happens no matter what if it's good or a bad sight on the Character I get voted down and basically screamed at each time I say the killers in game name. I just give up. I will play him when everyone is happy with him. Morely the community ruined the killer for me

Bro dont give up, push for a rework so they can ruin another killer how they did with Onryo.
