Almost no one get's cakes, Behaviors solution: Let's give only P100 Characters a increased chance
II just saw the news on Twitter what will be "fixed" soon and Level 50 bloodwebs will get a increased chance to get cakes.
Dear Behavior, this is not a problem only targeting P100 Players but all players. No matter survivor or killer the cakes are much MUCH rarer then the last few years. So I don't understand why you don't increase the general chance for all Bloodweb levels instead of just giving people the increase who already have a maxed out character and don't need the bloodpoints for stuff like unlocking perks. You have a huge wave of New players in your too grindy game and doing changes like this is unlogical.

WHAT…?! I got Lara from P14 to P19, level 40 and got 80 cakes with 5 million BPs spent (manually spent ALL 5 mil too… ☠️).

Two prestige levels with bulk spending was around 90 for me on Wraith. Two prestige levels with bulk spending for Nancy was 65. The number definitely feels lower but I did not count how many I was getting last year.

you're getting LESS cakes for spending manually btw. just autospend in bulk and you're going to get more, the generation rates aren't the same

totatlly agree i spent 5 mill on kate with the bulk spend and got 66 this needs to be fixed or i wont waste my time

So whilst the number of cakes throughout any level has dropped slightly from last year - the issue was particularly relevant with Level 50 bloodwebs where often there were none of the offerings available, this is what we addressed.

I think it's a good idea to have the web give stronger rewards the higher it goes. The mechanic is not premium, it's entirely based on time investment. It's a good idea for players to get returns on that. Keeps BP relevant.

i understand that but taking time off work for almost no cakes is insane i wish you guys would have said there were barely gonna be cakes this because 5mill for 66 cakes is absurd when p100 players are saying there getting 90 for 2 mill thats insane please increase the rate just a little bit im not asking for anything crazy but rn it seems pointless i appreciate that yall are making fixes tho i can get 200 flashlights but those are counterd by lightborn so theyre pointless to me personally

I got around 200 or so for 3 prestiges on Huntress this year and it looks like I had around 357 for 3 prestiges on Freddy last year
So yes, does seem to be the case

I got 70 pies in 2 hours. I had 0 bp. It’s been 24 hours of the event. They have LOTS of time to get a whole lot more.

Actually it's really bad. I watched vods from a streamer from last year, on killer every lvl 50 bloodweb 3 cakes, sometimes 4. Right now you get 1 cake each time, thats 3+ times less cakes

No all of are. I'm travelling for the whole duration of the event. I have my laptop with me but it doesn't handle over a few games per session. Sure that's not BHVR's fault or issue but just putting it out there that not all of us have the luxury of the grind.

They reduced them intentionally Mandy said. For what reason, we don’t know. I guess they felt like it was too many.
Regardless when the event is over. I will have a few hundred on all my favorite characters. I still haven’t used all the ones from last year or 2 years ago.

I didn’t assume anything. The event is open for the next 19 days or whatever. Play it don’t play, doesn’t matter. You’ll get pies in the blood web regardless.

I personally don’t have an issue with the reduction in the number of pies since I don’t use them anyway. However, it’s disappointing for those who may not be able to play every day. Hopefully, they will increase the number. No harm in doing that!

Could you please confirm if the other nodes can also be cakes sometimes? Because it seems that almost all lvl 50 bloodwebs are generating only one of each possible item and offering.0 -
Please revert the number to how it was last year or make it even higher. There was no need to reduce the cakes.

I'm failing to see the logic here.
DbD, as of now, requires a crazy amount of grinding for you to have all perks and now we have a lot of new players coming for FNAF, so giving these new players a lot of cakes to help them with the grind so they keep interested and engaged with the game seems the logic way to go to me.14 -
They're aware of that. The problem is the number of cakes however compared to last year is SIGNIFICANTLY lower, regardless if youre P100 or not.

I already have every perk and most characters in the game at Prestige Level 3. Every time I use a Bloodpoint offering, the killer ends up playing extremely aggressively, and I end up earning very few points while the killer racks up a lot for playing that way. It feels like I'm rewarding the killer for that behavior. That's why I stopped bringing them.

Dropped SLIGHTLY?? it is literally at least 50% less compared to last year.. a 25% difference would already be much, but 50% or even more is insane😬
