This Is An Amazing Addition To The Game
They added Tutorial Quests to help new players get situated.
It teaches them how to use the new Quest system, it also teaches them base game mechanics by encouraging them to interact with game mechanics.
It also boosts new player progression, since rewards include Iridescent Shards and Bloodpoints.

Oh damn, that is a great addition. This alongside a more comprehensive tutorial would be a real boost to the onboarding this game has, honestly.

It teaches players to engage with mechanics that they did not engage with.
According to BHVR, nearly 50% of all players did not engage with the perk system because the did not know about it (obvious the bulk of that being new players), MANY of the quests forces players to engage with the perk system to complete them.
There are quests to engage in other areas of the game, such as cosmetics, character selection, the shop, etc.

Also, I have noticed they upped the number of shards from Rift Pass quests to 75! Which is great.

Its a good start, but you guys really need like a little video corner in the tutorial section. To watch some guides.
I hope you guys have more steps planned.
