Tournaments and win streaks need to be banned and prohibited.
The community is becoming increasingly toxic and rude and the blame for that comes 100% from the tournaments and the win streaks.
It's because of tournaments and win streaks that the community is insulting each other and being toxic towards others, because these two methods are destroying the psychological well-being and making the community's mental state increasingly toxic and angry.
We need to ban tournaments and win streaks forever so that the community stops being so tryhard and competitive, thus cleaning up the toxicity and bad character in the community. So I need you all to think carefully and come together to ban and prohibit tournaments and win streaks to make the DBD community truly healthy and friendly, not toxic and complicated.

I do feel the content creation is influencing, coz that's what social media just does. I don't think stopping it is the right course of action.
That said we should be using these Win Streaks as examples of why X thing in the game may need changed, if a strategy to win is that easy to repeat, it may need looked at why that's the case.
I personally wish they'd give Competitive players their own queue, like a ranked mode, could have it active while 2v8 isn't around then when the season ends bring in 2v8 then. Coz if 2v8 can happen at the same time as 1v4, then a ranked queue for sure could lol.0 -
Win Streaks largely happen, because the game's matchmaking might as well be non-existent. If we "ban" winstreaks than we are just removing what skill remains in the game to make it a coin flip simulator. Idk about you, but a game where no matter how you play always results in a win 50% of the time would not be a game I would want to play very long.

Tournaments don't impact regular play whatsoever
Winstreaks I could maybe see your point but ask yourself, why do winstreaks exist? For regular people it's a challenge to spice up a game they might be bored of if they play regularly. For content creators, it's content and something to work on while streaming.
The "tryharding" has always existed, btw dating all the way back to the original depip squads of the old days.

Some people feel very competitive when they play and some don't. This is their right when paying for and playing a video game.

No, this community was toxic even before tournaments was a thing. Most players don't even know they exist.
