Buff Unrelenting
Unrelenting is a general perk no one cares about, which is why I think it needs a tiny buff, which wouldn't hurt at all considering how useless the perk already is. I understand that giving it an effect stronger than 30% would be unhealthy, since then killers (especially Myers) would be able to traverse the map faster because of the reduced cooldown. So, I think giving it the secondary effect of also working on obstructed hits would make it much more viable. I don't even know why it wasn't like that in the first place.

I actually think this perk is amazing for beginners who are going to struggle in loops

Okay okay I know this is going to sound insane but if they buff unrelenting too much (which they will if they do buff it)
Unrelenting will be so broken in chase. Instead of having to worry about survivors mind gaming windows/pallets you can swing at literally everything and not get punished this problem already exist if you run unrelenting with singularity during overclock

Missing near survivour reveals aura of that survivour for 10s
Additionaly give that secondary effect you mentioned and maybe increase that to 40%? We could test that first on ptb to see if thats broken, if it is then 30% would stay
Goofy and maybe boring buff by giving aura, but if you miss survivour at the window you could see what that survivour does next.

This would arguably be better than the orginal idea you can just swing at everything or even a wall at indoor maps or jungle gyms and get full aura reading and easily get a free down

We could limit this to 1m. I thought of insta down killers like bubba or billy that sometimes cant down survivours because of window etc, so they could swing to see them and get another chance of Downing them.
I thought of this for like 15s so there might be problems i cant see :P
Ive had an idea in the past where hitting generator with basic attack would special-damage it, something like TBTC but close to generator

i think the perk is fine. its mostly meant for new killers as whiffing alot is common. it used to be a staple for me when starting out on killer because i missed like 80% of my swings lol.

i think there is an issue where there is just too much unintended things like if i know your on the other side of a wall loop i can just swing and get an aura. also tbh im not so sure i trust the game to reliably detect that with how weird hit boxes and stuff can get
