I have a question about Shoulder the Burden?

With the new buffed perk, does Do No Harm stack with Shoulder the Burden. So if a survivor is hooked twice then you take one hook stage away, would you heal them 150%?

  No, since the buffs are not related to the healing speed, which is already capped at 100%. And the hook stages are how many the person has at that moment, not cumulatively.
