Whispers change is good, but please consider more haste.
I am absolutely in love with the change to whispers. For a long time now, I've wanted a base mechanic of some kind to allow killers with low mobility, such as Ghostface, to be able to get haste to move around the map faster to shorten the gap between lower tier killers and higher tier ones such as Blight. The fact we are getting a perk to allow this to happen in any capacity is a good start. However, I think the value of 5% haste increase is far too low. Here's my suggestion:
Increase the haste to at least 10-15%. That way, all killers can have the ability to travel around the map faster. This would give them all about clown levels of mobility and wouldn't be overpowered in any way. Higher tier killers mostly have high mobility M2s such as Blight that move even faster than this, so it's unneeded for them and wouldn't change anything for them anyways, and since it shuts off when someone is within your terror radius it can't be used in chase anyways. This is only for macro play and to finally give lower tier killers a much needed map mobility boost.
I personally still hope to see this implemented base kit someday as I think it's one of the biggest things that separate so many killers is map pressure, but again, good start, please consider buffing this perk to these values.

you think being BL 1 is too low XD delusional. out of chase move speed is bad anyhow you shouldnt get to zoom around the map without using a power just because you arent near someone thats awful for the health of the game. if you cant find players thats on you not for the devs to cater to you

i know what its for but thats bad!! its bad enough they would do 5% these devs are actual monkeys im pretty sure they cant be real humans with these past few "balance" updates. who in their right mind lets a game go in this direction for a literal decade smh anyhow i digress. if you want map mobility you play a killer that has that in their kit. nurse, blight, billy, oni whoever. they shouldnt be adding a perk to give tier 1 bloodlust when out of terror radius smh i swear there is no way these devs play this game

The main problem here is that this change would be intended to cater to the low tiers but would unintentionally buff it drastically on the already (generally) fast high tiers. This would mean killers like blight would be able to travel around the map at a level so absurd that it could not be considered healthy for the game.

which is why I think they should do what they were doing going to do back during the krasue ptb and make it so high mobility killers don’t get this benefit. Especially now with stuff like diminishing returns existing.
