I have no problem with it. Like wiggling you don't even need to do it as fast as you can, doing so can screw you up. Also when wiggling just rotate the stick, rocking it back and forth is bad for the controller. What kind of headphones do you use? When I use ear buds I have a bad time, can't even turn the volume above 50% or it goes garbage. My PS4 headset however has great surround sound and it absolutely helps. Stridor on the Spirit works extremely well for me.
