Glad to hear you feel better. I've attempted previously to quit. I'm considering a leave period at least from DBD once I finish the Saw rift pass. I don't get any fun from DBD, and playing killer is a throughly frustrating experience. I only play to get trophies and do the rift passes; and that's not a way to go. Been…

Personally I throughly enjoyed it. Was really fond of Dead Island and somebody then recommended Dying Light. It was much better. It did possibly everything Dead Island did but better. The dense hordes of zombies roaming around the city are impressive. Taking them out is satisfying. Playing at night was significantly harder…

No voice.

The original Dying Light was a masterpiece. But I can wait on this one, especially with the price of games.
-
Both reasons really. I was considering quitting as it's just not fun. I'm enjoying re-playing the Batman Arkham games FAR more. I would rather watch a horror film than play DBD. Even coming on for free bloodpoints is becoming less appealing. I just see DBD as an over-familiar waste of time.

This.
-
"Hey honey. What's hiding under those red robes" -suggestive eyebrow-
-
The game welcomes it. It's open season. There is a bully culture on DBD which is practised in many matches. It's 4 on 1. And the situation is only spiced up by the ridiculous online streamer culture. Remember the episode of South Park when Cartman keeps referring to himself as "Cartman Bruh"? That's your average SWF player.
-
Not necessary. But many, especially the younger generation, have been poisoned by the insidious "Hey guys! What's happening? How y'all doing? Like and subscribe!" culture that's put rot in to the characters of several sheep.
-
Absolutely, unfortunately. Here's something I just posted on another thread which is more appropriate here: Well just played a single game as killer in order to get a tome challenge. As expected, a throughly frustrating experience with all the usual crap mixed in ("pro" loopers, "pro" flashlighters, "pro" bodyblockers…

Well just played a single game as killer in order to get a tome challenge. As expected, a throughly frustrating experience with all the usual crap mixed in ("pro" loopers, "pro" flashlighters, "pro" bodyblockers etc). Turned it off. More than enough for today. I have all the previous DBD trophies on PS4, and as much as I…

A couple of years ago I played survivor and killer equally. Today I have all my survivor rift challenges done with all my killer ones remaining. There's a reason for this.
-
Worst map in the game. By far.
-
Even though I'm not currently eating sweets, milkshakes from fast food restaurants are my favourite.
-
I like the way it's opened up the way for other licenced chapters possibly having their own Tomes. After Halloween, Saw is my favourite featured franchise. Hopefully we get a Halloween tome. Let's have it BHVR: This October...just in time for Halloween Ends! Make it happen.
-
Got sick of the loading times and switched off. Not bothered about Chinese new year cosmetics. Watching a film instead.
-
Yep. Waiting for 15 mins only to have someone quit during loading. And the event ia pure crap anyway. Hopefully there will be some interesting SAW stuff in the pass.
-
No Event menu or music etc? Is it live now?
-
Personally: I love it. A great change.
-
None.
-
Terminator: Resistance
-
Yup. I only usually have fun when I play with my loved ones, and we're not a sweat squad. DBD more often than not feels like a frustrating chore.
-
There should be no exclusive skins.
-
Late for the party here. What's going on with Clown and Leatherface?
-
Once a totem is snuffed...it should be from then on "unboonable".
-
Clown. Very well done.
-
Should be just 4k any means with only their 3 perks. "Kill all survivors as _________ using only their own 3 perks." Adepts aren't a real problems for me personally (have all) but I can understand how some find them a little tricky.
-
I only started playing with more than one person I know in actual life in the last month or so. We aren't toxic and don't go out of way to antagonise the killer and make their experience miserable...like many of these tiresome "LiKe AnD suBsCribe!" streamers do. That being said, I am fully behind the belief that SWF salt…

Survivors are like a pack of raptors, running off, hiding in tall grass and then waiting to strike with a flashlight. Killers are desperately rushing around squealing trying to protect their precious generators from these rascals. The whole game's feel is butt backwards.
-
As much as I strongly disagree with the masks (and anything else) being removed, admittedly I rarely used them. I nearly always equip his prestige. Regards to Pinhead's voice: big Hellraiser fan here but found the whole meme highly cringeworthy.
-
For some reason, I read it as BioShock. No idea why. In regards to Biohazard/Resident Evil (big fan): Played since the first. Christmas 1996. Got the original Resident Evil on Playstation. Since then I have played the whole main series, Code Veronica, Zero Revelations (and some of 2) and all three recent remakes. My…
-
Needs to go to off-topic. I've only played the first. Completed it. Was pretty good.
-
Imagine if the masks were kept in and the Claudette one was replaced with say Nea. Then all the usual darlings would start jumping up and down, screaming discrimination. "Literally shaking".
-
Games: I have a selection of retro consoles. I never get rid of old games. But in these modern times, I prefer digital downloads. Films: Physical all the way. With cancel culture and all that nonsense, films are being edited etc for ridiculous reasons. And then you have the situation where certains films are unavailable on…

A rest.

Ryan's World.

I must admit, playing killer is a very unsatisfying experience these days. Was trying to simply do some killer daily challenges earlier: forget it. Not happening. I play Survivor with a couple of family members and we're non-toxic and don't go out of our way to irritate the killer. Unfortunately, a whopping great chunk of…
-
Jason. He's just missing.
-
Agreed. Should of kept it as long as the daily gifts continue.
-
Wow. Didn't think that would be so close. Thought RPD would be a landslide: it's that bad.
-
The licensed killers. Without them...I would of jumped ship a long time ago.
-
Hmm. This and The Wrestling Code are both next gen only. Might have to upgrade.
-
No. Someone uses Sprit Burst and then runs in to an Exhaustion Boon area...bang...another Sprint Burst. It would be ridiculous.
-
Unfortunately, much of the community.
-
But... I would like to see Manhunt have it's own chapter too.
-
Yes. And unfortunately, it's getting worse. All the little darlings doing all the usual toxic crap...with their Twitch and Instagram accounts...littered with tedious social justice nonsense...use of all the usual eye-rollingly unoriginal internet terminology...and an Anime avatar and a "Victory Royale" wallpaper picture.…

Naturally I would of rather had Halloween, but Texas Chainsaw is good enough. This could be interesting. Or...it could be another Predator: Hunting Grounds: big license...interesting concept...mediocre game...done after two weeks. I HOPE NOT HOWEVER 😄
-
Evil Dead looks very promising. Texas Chainsaw could be the biggest competitor to DBD if it plays well. It's not a given, as licensed games aren't guaranteed hits (the Predator and Alien online mutiplayers didn't set the world alight), but I feel these two are going to make a notable impact. Horror gamers deserve it.

VHS, Evil Dead and Texas Chainsaw Massacre: Alternatives are coming ☺
