Pretty sure, its based on location, not MMR. If it was, then we could backwards engineer and figure out who was in the same MMR groups I have +25% on Survivor in Northern Europe rn.

Then they should rebalance those, not gatekeep good gameplay behind specific addons. Addons are supposed to make slight adjustments to the power, not enable their viability, they should be viable at base kit.

I got 5.8K hours myself, I see a bunch of potential in the 5sec cooldown skillshot hindered power. Sure its not the strongest and I personally doubt the usefulness of the new bleeding pallets, but its solid.

I actually like this one, its useful for those slow killers who don't run as fast as others. Huntress, Hag and its also useful for chases that go very long or if you are really bad at the game. I think its neat.
