The reason to interact with the event is because it's an event which is meant to be played for fun. Who cares if it's more of a timesink, who cares if you don't escape, have a little giggle while you're playing the video game or go back to the normal queue. That's why it's been split into 2 queues, after all.

Survivors are bringing BNPs and not interacting with the event. Killers are proxy camping in-void and then using the power to 2-tap the survivor so they can tunnel through endurance, interacting with the event in the smallest sense of the word. Oh well, let's optimise the fun out of everything

I literally said the only reason to nerf these is if you follow your logic to nerf windows in that it's used too much. You think that having information is stronger than pain res or pentimento? It's a feel good QOL perk and that's why it's used… less than once per game (at 22%)
