Unfortunately before anything else dbd is a game and creative Nurse 2.0 but easier doesn't strike me as something particularly engaging to play as or against
-
unlink from both twitch + your bhvr account then re-link with your current one
-
Happy to be of service 🫡
-
I am particularly partial to highland cows but jerseys do hold a special place in my heart
-
Take him at the start of the timeline instead of at the end because it exists outside of our understandings of time
-
I'd rather mobility and traversal focused killers with chase focused perks and slowdown gets nuked from low earth orbit I won't lie but I know that's beyond wishful thinking
-
Coming Summer, but I see no reason why not.
-
Jake Claudette and David after getting nothing for the Anniversary for 3 years running:
-
You're looking way too narrow. This has been the trend since Deathslinger, released in 2020. So many killers since him have been nearly entirely focused on anti-loop, as opposed to other things. This is nothing new and honestly when we don't get an anti-loop no mobility killer it's a shocker.
-
that's okay! you can keep it!
-
a pleasure doing business with you
-
if i sit in my menifestation circle hard enough we'll be getting Melissa Barrea
-
no, but there is a bloodfeast for triple bp for the next week
-
we don't know, it's not coming to live yet. this is literally all the information we have available currently
-
A lot of the stream is prerecorded afaik
-
6 new chapters again... And four are licenced? This year is going to suck
-
Not again 🙄🙄
-
Directive 8020 has been postponed for ages so hopefully they can deliver something with most of their manpower, becuase if they can make Until Dawn with a startup crew (which is easily their best game) then I can still have hope
-
Sitting in my manifestation circle that it's more like Until Dawn + House of Ashes and less like The Quarry + Man of Medan
-
It's only been 5 years lol
-
I won't lie I don't think anything could've gotten me excited outside of Try To Fall Asleep, but that game hasn't even been finished yet let alone stand a chance of being an anniversary licence. After Year 8's nonstop barrage of new content and the game managing to become more and more stale monotonous and boring over the…
-
Given the state of the game after 7.7.0 I'm not sure they have the resources to lol
-
In the nicest possible way these are genuinely just drawbacks. With the hatch you're better off just using left behind and with the aura reading there's no reason to not want your teammates to see your aura, because you're just running a perk in case you find a sandbagger which in turn will ruin most of your other solo…
-
It's not that they can't be installed, but (at least for nvidia) the filters have to be activated through software that applies them on a game by game basis, and only if the developers of the game specifically allow the filters to be used can they be used. Idk how AMD works, my bf hasn't got his pc yet for me to try and…
-
Just a technical thing, it's the other way round - reshade is the program they can't really intercept without something very invasive a la Riot's anti-cheat, the ones that come on the graphics card (Nvidia Freestyle and whatever the Radeon equivalent is) are the ones that BHVR have actively accepted and whitelisted.
-
No because comp dbd is a joke and anyone who thinks it's an accurate representation of the average player is having a giggle
-
The most critically acclaimed game of 2023 was based around DnD (BG3), I'd expect at least a passing knowledge of something given that fact.
-
Like that? Seriously? No lol
-
FWIW on that last point Nvidia Freestyle (filters) is a whitelist only, opt-in program. It doesn't work in games that a developer doesn't want it to work in. The fact that it works in DBD is implicitly saying it's okay.
-
Listen we were winning with double pallet, pallet vacuum, and literal infinites in the game, I don't know what happened but something shifted in everyone's mindsets and now they all play like there's money on the line and if they don't win some kindly old grandma out there is going to be kidnapped and held for ransom
-
Okay now do it with filters that normal people use to colour correct, sharpen, etc instead of this monstrosity that gave me a migraine less than an hour after waking up
-
Erupting OverBrine™ disappeared long before the 3 gen nerf, when they took each perk out back and guted them individually so they're no longer worth using even when stacked together when compared to other options a la Pop Goes Pain Res
-
Chucky deserved it, scamper spam was just old legion on steroids. Guaranteed hits without proper counterplay outside of wait 20 seconds while the power is off cooldown isn't fun or good game design. Gen regression deserved it and I wish they went harder. Same with gen blocking. BGP + Flashbang when exploiting an issue with…
-
honestly this seems like wonky collision more than anything else, especially since it wasn't 100% consistent. worth reporting either way imo
-
PGTW is based off of current progress, yes. But Pain Res regressing 20% of a gen's total progress, which also scales differently if BNP/Weaving Shadows has been used on it, because the total progress becomes 80 charges as opposed to 90.
-
anyone remember swamp update
-
We know that it's DnD themed, that's it. Do you know how much cool ######### exists within DnD??
-
That's why I started with "not defending the perk", because it's still bad and the only thing that will ever make it not bad would instead making it gamebreakingly OP, which we've seen with who knows however many other perks. It's just a funky little thing that I never see get mentioned and wanted to say because I think…
-
Not defending the perk but it's worth noting that it also makes all regression perks weaker by being activated, much like a BNP does. That's one thing I always see left out of these debates - every single regression event a killer has is worse, now, because it's all %based regression (with the exception ironically of Ruin,…
-
When Netflix are being annoying in giving you mind flayer/vecnor so you go direct to the source, only to then find out that the most successful game of 2023 was also based off of dnd
-
My genuine reaction so far is you can tell this is the anniversary update because most of these changes are genuinely good. I haven't felt this happy with a dev update for the entirety of Year 7. Where was this energy for the rest of the year because I'm actually excited for some balance again.
-
To be fair, Twins and Trickster's updates already broke the game in an innumerable number of ways, and I genuinely dread to think just how much worse it could've been if there were fewer resources on Blight (working on a map) to ruin every chapter that released between Silent Hill and Sadako Rising, and if there were fewer…
-
David King and Claudette Morel and it's honestly not even a question
-
trust anything bird themed will have fridge happy
-
I can confirm PH has not been nerfed (I just tested in customs) meaning this is either an inconsistent bug or a minute simply had not passed. PH is a very efficient tunneler.
-
yeah, but it'd be weirder to release things for the 7th anniversary quite literally a couple weeks out of the 8th
-
For some added context, she passed away from a complicated autoimmune disease - Nonparaneoplastic Limbic Autoimmune Encephalitis and GAD65 Stiff Person Syndrome - that she made the decision to permanently stop treatment for roughly 2 months ago due to the (incredibly extreme) side effects, and the fact that it was a…

and i shall be joining

give one good reason to unpin this post instead of simply you dismissing it

To be fair Wesker is easily the most popular RE villain I think ever, so even if we were to get Lady D (the second most popular according to some polls and she's in one game for about 35 minutes) I don't think we'd get a repeat of the Wesker Effect. Hell, we didn't have that on Nemesis' drop and he's also up there with…
