I've watched every video he has uploaded for the last 1.5+ years. I have seen his internet go down, but I've never seen anything like you're describing. He usually has a really low ping. I've also seen him stomp comp teams.

Otz is definitely above average, as the numbers show, but his stats are not impressive when others go on 100-200 game win streaks with mid-tier killers (which would be over 99% win rate). High MMR is a myth. It's just essentially like red ranks in the old ranking system. Strong players get paired with just about everyone aside from the very new players. The strongest players are winning 90-95% of their matches playing weak killers and 99%+ of their matches with strong killers.

This allows me to dodge cheaters when I keep getting paired with them.
