Dunno. If it has the same development team as the previous one I won't be touching it with a ten-foot pole. I was an avid supporter of the original game and the way the developers handled it was atrocious. Their subsequent projects have been equally ill-fated.

This has been my experience with the past like four events now. Blood Moon, Masquerade, Lights Out, and now Haunted by Daylight. 95% of the killer's I play against aren't engaging with the event in any way, and just using the mode to dunk on casuals who just want to have some unserious games in the event.

Noone has a problem with you playing at 40 ping. That's perfectly reasonable. The problem is killers with ping in the hundreds or thousands like OP showed in the image.

Why should someone be punished for not having the greatest internet. Because this is an online game and having a decent internet connection is a prerequisite to playing.

Yes but it doesn’t really passively give you value. The invisibility period is very short and she cannot hit while Demanifested so if you want to catch a survivor off guard with it then you have to time it accordingly.

I mean maybe I was unlucky but survivor was absolutely unplayable when SM was at her prime. The 3 gen nonsense was every other game. Vividly remember playing as part of a 3-man and both of my teammates decided to give up playing for the day because we got held hostage three games in a row.

Played against four since her rework and there was one give up on hook total. Which doesn't feel any higher than the rate people give up against any killer. Granted four isn't a lot of matches, but I'm yet to see the "survivors still giving up in swathes against nerfed SM" people keep talking about.

Not a fan anymore. I don’t like the fact they’re daylight now and I don’t like the resources they spawn. Sometimes all you’ve have on an entire side of the map is a combine harvester and some trash filler pallets.

Just do a totem yourself, even a dull. So we should start every match cleansing a dull totem on the offchance that if Pentimento is in play we've given the killer a free stack but at least we know where it is? What kind of counterplay is this? 😂

How am I supposed to know where people I have no communication with (solo queue teammates) cleansed totems? And before anyone says "Pay attention to the loud noise notification when a Hex gets cleansed", that's moot because it doesn't account for dulls cleansed.

My biggest problem with this map is the pallet to vault ratio. It has far too many pallets and too few windows. They need to replace some of the pallets with vaults and then I’d dislike it less.

Unfortunately I think this is true. Honestly, I'm kind of tired of Nurse bottlenecking perk balance. I wish they'd address her. Maybe just give her the Blindness status effect or something.

My wish is that the bloody effect becomes a toggleable overlay that you can apply to any outfit you want. Similar to how Nemesis' blue infection works.
