This is not how language works. If the majority of a population understand a word to mean a certain thing, then the dictionary definition is what is irrelevant. It's called semantic change. No. Filters aren't cheating, and even if the developers deemed them so, it would be completely unenforceable. So the whole debate around whether they are or aren't cheating is pretty moot IMO.

If the developers of a game allow something then it really isn't cheating. That's taking the definition too literally and not allowing any room for pragmatism.

Comp DbD can and does work (see DbD League), but it requires a very artificial environment and heaps and heaps of rules, bans, and restrictions to do so.

If you don't like the feature being used in that way, that's fine. I don't like my teammates giving up either. But it's not an exploit or tech, and advocating for its removal on that basis isn't a sound argument.

I’ve ran into three blatant cheaters this past month. Two are now banned. I’ve suspected a couple more of being subtle cheaters but can’t say for certain.

What? That’s not a tech, it’s intentional design. Is not saying it’s good or bad or whether it should stay, but calling it a tech or an exploit is just incorrect considering the mechanic functions exactly as intended.

MFT is only active when you're injured. FTP can only be used when you're healthy. By design, these perks can never be activated at the same time.

Friendly reminder that this issue has still not been fixed. Currently have a 4 minute penalty because of it and I don't really want to keep playing and risk it getting higher. Very annoying :|

The concept isn't inherently problematic, but the current numbers are. 200% for 5 seconds is enough to traverse like half of a map. Either the speed needs knocked down a little or the duration does IMO.

struggle with the event visuals I completed the first page of the event tome yesterday and those were the only matches I played. This is what they should've done way back when she first came to her PTB instead of wasting all of this time reworking and tweaking her just for her to still be awful. Until they scrap her kit and give her something new to work with, she's always going to be a hated character.

Yep. I pointed this this out in a feedback thread during the PTB, hoping it was just an oversight that would be fixed for the live release, but nope. Another reason to just not use this perk to be honest.
