If you have a real world crisis that lasts under 5 minutes is it really a crisis?

I don't get the short lung most of the time, I usually get no lunge/attack at all and have to lift my finger up and hit the button again. It is incredibly frustrating to miss a hit on a loop you should have gotten. Tried different mice and different ports as well :/

My cursor does not have to be on the survivor to hit. There is a cone from my cursor out. If I don't have my cursor on the survivor, it moves me up to the width of the cone.
