  • Remember that kill ratio was with them factoring out matches with disconnects which are often 4Ks as well. So the rate would be even higher. No telling if matches with KOBE were also excluded or not which would boost it even more.
  • Is "Old Jonah" really a good thing though? He seemed to have flopped the hardest of the new Survivors. Sometimes I forget he exists cause he simply ain't in matches. Oh, it seems you said that in a negative wave. Shocking, I see many people lusting over the new guy. Chapter has promise though.
  • Always has been. They aren't even happy to just keep it here either. Any new asymmetrical game forum gets filled with DBD fanboys attacking and ridiculing everything like it's a DBD post chat lobby. It's quite pitiful the community has been so vile for so long. That being said, just move on from post game chat that turn…
  • They really want people to use Windows of Opportunity
  • True, but I probably would of rather got Shadow Step if I noted how big the cost was going to be, At least it's less expected than Circle of Healing which 98% of the Boons seem to be. While I still hate her, she is getting that cute outfit for Christmas.
  • Sorry but Set A actually had a strong theme and details in the outfits. Set B was just novelty mall Christmas at best. Adam and Hillbilly's are by far the weakest. Dress Meg A is more unique than another sporty Meg B. Trickster A strikes more as a Christmas concert outfit while Trickster B is more like mall promo picture.…
  • Nah, it's the game's fault for not having a real back up plan for Survivors in a losing game to actually have. It just turns into someone has to die and the other has to hope for hatch which is poor design. I been in matches as Killer where one tries to do gens and the other hides. I'll slug the one working and try to kill…
  • All the time. It can really spark conversation post game to which is fun, sometimes the Killer even chimes in about how sweet the gesture was to the the rescued person. I also have heart and will sometimes spare Survivors who I see make big team play/self sacrifice stuff. This is a video game people, not competitive…
  • The fact so many people use to disconnect and now KOBE showcases the game isn't fun. It's addicting. But it's tilting and frustrating. The issue isn't the players, the issue is the game has rarely actually been fun. With the recent global Survivor nerfs and Killer buffs, one side is feeling the frustration more than the…
  • Entity forbid Survivors get bored of holding M1 and staring at a hook and actually do something fun for once.
  • Exactly how many 6K hour SWF teams are you facing? Even the devs have came out and said SWF teams are a lot fewer and far between then any forum poster seems to understand. Even if I get stomped playing a what D? C? tier killer with nonmeta perks in a match... it wouldn't invalidate that most matches I'll stomp even as the…
  • I feel he could use some love. But I also think the top tier Killers need brought down to help the others shine more. Why play anything that isn't Spirit, Blight, or Nurse? Give some small buffs to the lower Killers and small nerfs to the higher Killers and help even the playing field a bit amongst the Killers themselves.
  • Nah, they would have to post 4 Survivors with dumb meme builds like 4 No Mithers with Circle of Healing, Self Care, and Botany Knowledge against a meta Nurse to = this Trapper one. Nurse in general will just slaughter most teams without any care about what they brought if the Nurse has any experience. Trapper is already on…
  • As a solo, I do hate this Killer. Part of it is that I didn't support the NFT nonsense and didn't buy or play this Killer making my counter play ability with him weak. Seems like any match against him as a solo is a landslide loss.
  • You were playing one of the weakest Killers that has pressure issues with only 1 perk to help with it... now imagine if you were playing Nurse? Or had better perks at least? Wouldn't Oni of ate those No Mithers up? In other words, you kind of walked straight into that one.
  • Old map without end game collapse and you ended up with Survivors who refused to leave. Those were horrible. To be fair, sometimes Survivors couldn't find the exits either. One of my first times on Swamp I got hardcore loss and the Myers ended up escorting me to the exit cause he realized I was just lost as hell.
  • Remember when Swamp was up next for rework? Remember when Trickster couldn't get a map cause they were busy working on the rework? Yes, I'm still salty both Hag and Trickster got hard shafted for years now.
  • Did I call it balanced? She was the weakest Killer back then and I tried to main her. She needed buffs. (though personally she needs a small tone down now mainly in terms of how powerful her proxy camp is) But I actually played this game when it was hard to play Killer. It's so freaking easy now for most matches. I play…
  • For me it was Nancy and Feng in the past. Fengs were the ones that thought they were the best players but failed horribly and got people killed. Then they'd crouch spam the Killer and get spared cause horny Killers. Nancys were so bad they were actively killing the team with unsafe unhooks and no ability to hit skill…
  • Cause despite all the certain Killer mains on here claiming Killers needed buffed so that camping and tunneling would happen less were full of it. Even though many Killers needed bones thrown to them, buffing Killers across the board and nerfing survivors across the board has been and will continue to be a mistake. It just…
  • Sometimes finding the Killer main pretending to be a solo Survivor player is easier than finding Waldo.
  • That's cause all (bad) Killers just camp and tunnel now. It's not just a Bubba way of life.
  • This needed fixing to be fair. They do need to make Survivor not a tedious and horrendous experience most of the time though to. But right now they are pretty dead set in dumping in Killer buffs and Survivor nerfs in an attempt to make sure all the other asymmetrical games die off cause they are keeping their killer…
  • I played back when Hag had a stun on her teleport. The Killer mains of this year are so spoiled it's hilarious. If you're not 4K'ing most of your matches with ease, you're just not playing right or need more practice. Imagine thinking Killer is weak in 2022.
  • Won't lie, I wouldn't mind it dying off a bit so other asymmetrical games have a better shot. Some of the recent ones have a solid base for a game compared to this one (but they certainly need polishing) but get player starved quickly as DBD throws out some licenses and blood point events to starve the other game's player…
  • But the Top 1% of Survivors that are competitive SWF squads exist, so clearly Survivors need more global nerfs and Killers need more buffs. Certain Killer main forum posters on here always face that 1% of the player base constantly and never have any shot at winning. It's so unfair to them and the game will only be…
  • Cause it's skill less? You don't got to chase. You don't got to find anyone. You simply bank on the other side wanting to enjoy the match instead of holding M1 or staring at the screen while their hook timer progresses. I got Meg on a hook. I stare. Wait for Claudette to come unhook, smack her. She unhooks. I down…
  • Cause it's easy wins. No amount of mental gymnastics will cover for these types of players anymore. It was cause of Self Care! It was cause of instant BNPs completing gens! It was cause of instant heals! It was cause of Door opening times! It was cause of hatch! It was cause of flshlights! It was cause of DS! It was cause…
  • I mean I play a lot less than I use to, but I haven't seen this man in awhile. It's to the point I don't recall loving or hating going against him. My aim was never amazing with him, so I didn't play him often. I feel his low popularity, low skin sales, and Zarina likely not fairing too well compared to other female…
  • Killers already got buffed across the board and Survivors were nerfed across the board. DH (survivor's main chase perk) was changed and Killers were buffed in general in all chases with gen times also being increased on top of that. I fail to see how Killers would require even more M1 time from Survivors especially with…
  • A large difference is Survivors cannot take the Killer out of the match to force him/her to do nothing. Killers can always still chase, roam, and injure. Sitting on a hook with a Killer roaming around the corner to put you back up or keep you on there is such a pile of steaming poo of game design. You're playing bench…
  • I don't like them in terms of point value. Both sides do a whole lot of nothing then someone or everyone instantly die. (or nobody, even less excitement) It's a whole lot of nothing going on and it shows on the score screen.
  • That'd just shift it so that the Killer would camp, wait for the Reassurance Survivor to show up, and then chase them/down them when they go to pop it. They'd likely get a free hit when the person comes up to use it and then can just chase them/have Reassurance deactivate when they chase away rewarding the Killer for being…
  • You're ignoring that the person would of had to run over there to activate it then run back to their gen? And if they did so, why wouldn't they unhook the Survivor if the Killer isn't camping them? They're already there and 2 on gens is better than 1 on gens. And if the Killer is camping. Deserved.
  • I think something people overlook is the only real meta perks that came out since David's was MOM on Ash and CoH on the witch. What do both of those characters have in common? They needed to sell the Survivors on their own. Pretty much all the other Survivors released D or F tier perks with maybe a few situational B tier…
  • I think people underestimate how worrisome the multiple role being understaffed really is. For every 4, you need 1. For every 1, you need 4. Guess which side needs to be more enticing and populated? We have recently hit the hill where it has flipped. Getting close to the top was a good thing, flipping to the other side is…
  • I stopped playing around her release, so I honestly just suck against her in general cause I never played her and rarely play against her. But I didn't know if she misses she still gets a Killer instinct alert. That seems a bit dumb and explains why she always seems to know which gens have people even if she missed her…
  • Almost like the state of the game.
  • Matches might be pairing people up with newer Survivors as the Survivor base has taken quite the hit going from always being the over populated side of the game by quite a margin to straight up being the underpopulated one. I think a lot of people who play solo are getting paired with newer (or really bad) Survivors to…
  • Sadly this is from coming back from a long break from the game. I was interested in Wesker and had a decent time on the PTB. Live has been nonstop horrible matches. I had one match against OhTofu that was enjoyable. Besides that? Unbearable.
  • I think DH can stay nerfed. We just need some heavy handed nerfs to Killers like Nurse, Blight, and Spirit since they were doing just fine BEFORE the massive Survivor nerf patch. And of course, camping and tunneling need large base kit nerfs. Not band aid perks.
  • She's only gotten buffs for years, she'll do just fine being the easy to abuse hook trap machine that 99.99% of her players use her as still. MYC is still a thing.
  • I've only played that map like twice, once as both sides. Didn't learn it enough to really have any opinion on it. RPD was always a mess for both sides and maze like for people who don't know the franchise. And Haddonfield was always a headache for the majority of Killers and now it seems they mostly just flipped it to be…
  • I played her way back when she had a stun on her teleports. She has ate buffets of buffs since then and is only under the radar cause most people hate the easy way of playing her (trap hooks/3gen, MYC proxy camp) or find her visual unappealing. Solos especially are at a huge disadvantage against her since they can't…
  • Usually people help each other and typically I do to. I have been in some nasty ones like a match where I feel I did 95% of the work (gens, chases, and unhooks) to straight up get left by a 3 stack teabagging across the map that didn't even bother to check to see if I could be saved. Still I have had matches where I died a…
  • True. Of the times you got someone yelling in voice the monster is on them, someone help them, etc. And the monster walks into the room with you. Like bruh not only were you wrong in being chased but you were so loud I couldn't hear the monster coming to me. It's happened many times and makes me worry every time I get a…
  • Sex sells. It's why most of the cast looks like they can star as a model on the run way. It's why characters like Felix, Feng, Elodie, Kate, and David are popular outside of the game itself and get tons of fanart. Meanwhile Jeff and Jonah are left on the curbside both outside and inside. It's why certain characters get…
  • When I first started I hated Hillbilly. I couldn't play him at all and always got wrecked by them. I almost met a couple racist/super toxic ones along the way that soured my outlook on him while I was leveling Claudette. (I liked to play who I leveled back then) Blight replaced him at my current era. Ever since he came…
  • This. Certain mains like Nurses and Spirits just like to pretend they are getting a masters in chemistry when in reality they are learning basic M2 and M1 clicking.
  • Hadn't played in months... came back for Wesker... played with dumb perk combos (all hexes... no not even DH or Ruin) on "bad" killers like Trickster and GF while playing nice and was scoring 2Ks. So I'm not feeling that bad for a Nurse avatar player indicating they somehow can't win if they don't tunnel/camp. First step I…
