TVs have picture settings. You can just adjust those. I did, and my game looks fine.

The screaming doesn't make you blind. It's a separate effect entirely. So, no. It shouldn't block it. The bubble is a visual notification of the scream, they're the same effect. That's why not screaming blocks the bubble.

It makes sense when you stop trying to think of it as blocking a perk and instead as blocking an effect. Survivors in lockers don't scream. Screaming is what triggers the aura bubble. Not a bug. It's to do with latency and timing. If hit late enough in the interaction it still completes.

Any Killer can tunnel. Had a Wesker and a Xeno today who tunneled everyone off hook. Only difference for Pig is if you run her the entire game you have to take hatch to escape instead of an exit gate.

Pain Res already sucks with 4 uses on specific hooks. It needs buffed, not nerfed.

I was thinking about a Left Behind buff earlier today while doing a hatch escape challenge with it. But my idea was different. After getting 4 Safe Unhooks/Protection hits a secondary effect would activate, allowing you to open the hatch without a key (but taking 50% longer than using a key (so 9 seconds)). Makes LB better…

There should be a "cool down" period for stopping regression. Just 2-3 seconds of uninterrupted repair, otherwise it starts regressing again.

The progress resets if you ever get anything but a great repair skill check, even after it's been completed. Get your greats, then don't touch gens the rest of the game, and it'll complete properly.

Because head traps are fine and no one with more than 5 hours legitimately thinks there's an issue with them.

We actually had a 4 man out in the game I did it, and I popped my greats extremely early. Before any gens were done. I just spent the game trying to take agro so the others could do gens, and being the team medic with Botany and We'll Make It. 'course, YMMV with that tactic depending on how good your Killer is.

He's available for shards now. So maybe it was just delayed... or it was a bug and the tag lies, lol.

You have to stop doing gens once you get your greats. You can either go have the Killer kill you or just spend the match doing bones, heals, and unhooks. Either way, don't do gens as any none great repair checks even after completion will reset the challenge.

It's not Feng. You can't get any missed or good skill checks after completing it or it resets. Your 3 greats have to be the last repair checks you do.

New update: Just had the error while attempting to load INTO a match, and still lost my items and add-ons. Also lost my offering. Didn't even get to play and still lost my #########. 😭

And it happened again. After dying in the trial I did not attempt to enter the Tome this time, merely return to lobby. I got the same dedicated server error and was kicked back to the scoreboard. I returned to the lobby and checked my load out and, once again, had lost TWO of my items and add-ons instead of one.

They probably disabled the skins until the proper release (likely tomorrow) at which point everyone will get them back.

The Killer CAN win, it's just way harder than it should be, I'll agree with that. But that's a balancing issue and not an MMR issue, specifically. And we're apparently getting a huge balance patch soon, with base game changes and perk reworks. So we'll see where it all stands after that.

People who ignore evidence are foolish, yes. But Steam Charts isn't evidence. Resident Evil was a huge chapter that brought in a lot of people who were never going to stay. But the total player base is still UP from before RE. There's 43,000 people currently on JUST on Steam, and Steam is less than 1/5th of the player base.

Anniversary event doesn't start until the 16th. It does not start in a week.

The new chapter is the 7th. The event isn't until the 16th. They never start the anniversary event on the same day as the new chapter. They don't want event things disrupting people learning the new Killer.

MMR isn't horrible. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. The issue is that a lot of players don't want to face people of equal skill, they want noobs they can beat with one hand and blind folded, so they whine when they actually have to try at the game.

No. The indifferent or distrusting ones leave fast. The nice ones stay, don't tbag, and let you hit them before they leave. The toxic ones stay, tbag, and then Dead Hard out so you can't hit them.
