Deja Vu will change your life

"They should leave broken things in the game because I'm casual" I'll never understand why some gamers have this mindset. If the game is a broken mess, it'll completely die. People said this same thing back in 2016 when the game was extremely unbalanced and look where the game is now, getting huge licenses and destroying…
-
Clown got nerfed like crazy after his "rework". Losing his exhaustion bottles was the nail in the coffin for him.
-
I don't understand the balance team. I think they just need to fire most of them and hire Scott Jund, Otz, and other big streamers to give input. I don't understand how some killers can have bad rare or better add ons that do very little for a cost/downside but Blight has a ton of insane add ons with no downside. Like how…
-
I doubt she responds to this lol
-
I'd be surprised if it comes to a PTB before Spring lol
-
The yellow bottles did not make up for losing the exhaustion bottles. Especially during the prime time of old dead hard.
-
Clown is much worse, especially after his rework which ended up making him worse. Legion is balanced and has counterplay with a coordinated team. Solo queue survivors can really get bullied by them very easily.
-
Yeah it can be rough. I agree. I play Clown quite a bit so I feel bad that some people get upset by the distortion. Hopefully they can change that(and maybe revert his big rework nerf).
-
There's perks to counter this though. Its a legitimate playstyle, although boring. If they just sat there bming you the entire time you were down, then yeah id get it, but if they're slugging you and moving on then I don't see that as toxic.
-
Are you okay? Did you even read my comment?
-
Wesker. I'd say Skull Merchant, but I feel like she's getting nerfed eventually. I don't see Wesker changing at all, so it's an easy choice.
-
No matter what the devs do, they cant just force someone to play out a game. Especially when Skull Merchant and Wesker exist.
-
Survivors not having basic communication is part of the game. No pinging, no voice chat, no text chat. Its not toxic at all to use perks or add ons that block information, its part of the game.
-
I already mentioned that in the post. I shouldn't be subjugated to someone's "hard mode" because they decided to throw the game. If the devs add a way to see when someone is bringing the perk, then im all for that. Just let me dodge in peace.
-
You can get injured for free by interacting with the killer lmao. Run an actual perk that benefits the team in some compacity instead of sacrificing a health state to run 3% faster from gen to gen. Resilience saves like 7 seconds on a gen, which isn't worth being permanently unable to go for risky saves and becoming much…
-
That extra 3% is not worth losing a health state by default. If you're that good at chases, then just double the length of the chase. If you don't want to be healthy, for whatever reason, you can just never heal after you first hit without sacrificing a perk slot.
-
Shift the blame all you want. It doesn't not make the gameplay extremely boring.
-
Both RE killers. Both are extremely boring to play against and are very overplayed.
-
When I can finally get out of a skull merchant game
-
Those people are gonna be punching air when they cant get cheesy wins anymore.
-
I haven't told anyone how to play the game?
-
You leave the loop, and then what? She goes back to her 3 gen and you've accomplished nothing. If you get hit during that small chase then you're useless until you find someone to heal you. I'd happily remove MFT to get rid of SM, the perk is overrated anyways. Old DH was better.
-
Nah I'm not gonna keep waiting for the timer, even tho it'll be much shorter than a SM game. I'll just do what I usually see people do and let myself die on hook right away.
-
Both are hardly comparable lol
-
No one complains about Knight because SM does his job much better. I'd rather get tunneled out of the game than deal with SM since I can actually have some sort of interaction with the killer instead of getting pushed off the 3 gen, maybe get hit, find someone to heal me, then repeat the process for an hour until one side…
-
Let him cook
-
Yes :)
-
Ah yes, the BHVR "soon", very reliable and quick
-
The game would die before they fix her lol. It would be hard to since she's literally designed to be unfun and uninteractive. 3 gens and dropping drones on loops and gaining bloodlust. No interaction.
-
Tomorrow
-
Yeah I don't understand it at all. Idk why some perks have restrictions like that while other meta perks just have a huge benefit with little to no downside. It's also sad because this perk would actually be very good with Sprint Burst after the new face camping update drops.
-
This is usually a 1 out of 50 chance. Flashlights can have their moments, but usually they're just free slowdown for the killer when 1-2 people are chasing the killer when the killer is chasing someone else.
-
I don't think I've ever seen a CJ tech in my 2500 hours in this game. I don't know why they still try it when every killer knows of its existence.
-
Who said Im telling anyone what to do? I didnt tell anyone to stop doing it, I'm just going to lobby dodge and avoid them. Im already enjoying my games much more now.
-
There would only be two bans for you individually, or two per swf. 1 of them is always going to be Skull Merchant for obvious reasons, if not her than Twins. The other one will most likely be one of the many annoying killers in the game, but that could be anyone who that person doesn't like. There's so many preferences…
-
Much more maps are survivor sided than killer sided. And it would be fair to the survivors, its not like any killer other than Skull Merchant will be heavily affected since a lot of people have different preferences. I'm pretty sure id be the only one banning Nemesis
-
Its not mind games, its just reaction time and aim. If he uses his fast attack with a lingering hitbox effectively, you can never evade it. I don't care if someone better than me kills me, I care about if there's counterplay to what they're doing. Yes, gen rushing release Legion was easy because they were horrible, but…
-
What if the Nemesis just reacts and hits the juke? Its not that hard. Like I said about crouching, they can just keep walking around the loop until the survivor commits to an action.
-
You can't force someone into playing a game they don't want to finish lol. If they removed unhooking yourself, people would just leave and eat the timer. If the timer gets too high then they'll just play something else.
-
Dead Hard nerf probably
-
I just recently got back into the game after a 6 month break. I've played maybe 30 games and haven't gotten her yet. Idk what she does, but I've seen the complaints lol
-
Nah Crutch Hard can stay dead. Those other exhaustion perks just help with distance at the start of a chase, Dead Hard just covered up mistakes. Ill take 4 Sprint Bursts over 4 Dead Hards any day of the week.
-
No hate towards Nemesis players. You do you. I just need to vent.
-
Yeah idk what goes on over there. Took them this long to go "Hey guys, I think decreasing the bloobweb node cost will reduce the grind"
-
Its almost as if constantly being negative and attacking your own viewers for having different opinions causes people to not like you. BHVR removing him as a fog whisperer was one if the best things they ever did.
-
Nemesis, by a mile. No real interaction in chase and zombies being able to push you off of gens with no effort on the Nemesis players part.
-
But for some killers its a complete non issue. Legion, Deathslinger, and Trapper dont even know it exists anymore. But yes I agree, something like Dead Hard will always be unhealthy for the game since reacting to swings is extremely easy.
-
And? Killers had numerous meta nerfs over the years with nothing to make up for it. Killer is still the hardest role to play, like it has been for 6 years.
-
My brother in Christ, survivors just went through the first meta change in years. DH, BT, DS, and quick gens have been around for a very long time.
