If something of no value appeases you for a perceived waste of time you have much bigger problems than said lost time.
-
I would be more ashamed for choosing a title like this, that last line and more importantly making an account for both. Being disappointed is fine but displaying it in this way is depressing.
-
Asking for a participation trophy. Really?
-
What this kind of tracking can't account for is people unhooking those trying to off themselves. So, agreed, this number can't be accurate.
-
I expected more of a discussion in the OP. Instead we got a one-note rant about gamers throwing.
-
True, I didn't care about your question. The perk is still stronger than four weeks ago though which is why I think your complaint was misplaced.
-
I am well aware. I just found it amusing he used a Blight screenshot. Like I said if the condition for an extra hook stage is three consecutive hooks/hook stages then you just hook the rescuer coming for the trade and continue the tunnel. You don't need to play Blight for this.
-
The Blight in that screenshot could eat through 6 hook stages on one survivor while slugging out the rest. This mechanic neither solves anything nor adds any gameplay. The extra hook stage is easily avoided by hooking the rescuer in a trade granting a whopping 4s of distance to the tunnelee.
-
Implying prestige levels are bragging rights. Gamers wanted something to grind for because just playing the game is not good enough in this decade.
-
Sometimes reasonable, sometimes not.
-
Fine-tuning. These changes occured within three weeks. This is not 6.1.0 which changed perks that hadn't gotten touched in years. In a vaccum without any considerations you are correct, this is a nerf, but seriously? The perk received two buffs and kept the stronger one.
-
Reverting part of a buff is not exactly a nerf.
-
Another hyper-efficiency argument. Did you consider that sometimes chases have to be dropped? In that case healing takes longer and the healer might be inclined to take a hit if you interrupt them allowing you to make use of Forced Penance in the first place. Just a thought.
-
Brilliant reasoning. They could remove all those things, increase gen times to 300s and slugging would be just as strong. The only thing you said was "survivors exist so killers slug".
-
Jungle gyms are surprisingly unsafe especially if you have a way to go undetectable.
-
It's not the players that are problematic. Don't get me wrong I still judge them but I don't blame them for using their tools. It's the game's job to establish playable rules from maps to mechanics. Gentlemen's agreements are for small groups and dead games. That being said I currently have the game uninstalled.
-
Any more questions, OP?
-
There are. It's just you are four times more likely to hear what survivors want killers (not) to do than the other way around. Also the killer can actually punish whatever they dislike instead of having to wait for post-game chat to complain. According to some killers Boil Over and Flashy plays get you tunneled out…
-
Lethal, Nowhere to Hide, Pentimento, Knock Out. Forced Hesi and Machine Learning are strong contenders to make that list once they become more popular.
-
Some mediocre players don't understand what happens in a game due to weak game sense and draw stupid conclusion what from they actually are aware of. What else is new?
-
The events when survivors could block windows killers could break pallets with that same event power. pretty much like Knight's carnifex. In the first one of those, which you skipped, killers even got to expose the survivor on Bloodlust 1 at level 2 event power. Chases ended as soon as the pallet was dropped as survs…
-
Does it have to be a completely different map to be considered nerfed? They showed what changed, not what stayed the same. From what I can tell 3/4ths of the map spawned without any filler pallet whatsoever. Might just be exceptionally bad RNG though but I am inclined to believe the map nerfed considering the recent trend…
-
Ah, the gg discussion again. Last time I saw a gg in post-game chat it looked like this. This may clear up a thing or two for someone. a: ggs a: why so ez
-
Last time I played against Twins I was prevented from using FTP by a quick switch back to Viktor twice. I ragequit that one. Guess I should have played WGLF.
-
No level of map knowledge tells you what RNG you have been given though.
-
It's okay, you can stop gloating now.
-
Gamers of DBD really asking to be trained like dogs to endure a whole lot of BS with the reward being nothing over and over again.
-
You really didn't have to spell out you're a tunneler. It was obvious from your previous post. Though it's interesting you consider the part with the most interaction between the players to be the boring one. I wonder if you would still find this fun if gamers actually learned the macro side of this game and left people…
-
Necessary nerfs. Literally every Billy ran yellow boots with either brown boots, Engravings or Lo Pro. That was the extent of addon variety. Maybe I can finally play some tiles against this still busted monstrosity.
-
You stated in the OP that both hooked and unhooker are guarranteed to escape. Which is it?
-
Even Midwich is Midwich on crack now.
-
some old mechanics that I thought was fun. What are those? I don't see them.
-
So am I.
-
Why do you care about such a cheap psychotrick?
-
Lethal is 8+2s, its secondary effect works on itself. It doesn't matter what should or shouldn't occur. It still happens occasionally, and no that's not me. Like I said it was a specific case on possibly the currently strongest killer. Even if it's not a down in those 10s of Lethal but 15s later that really doesn't change…
-
Waiting for killers to show if they want to play charity and give survs a chance, or cutthroat and turbotunnel at 5gens is not rewarding in any way. To take a somewhat but not really extreme example if a Billy downs someone while Lethal is still active all 4 survs might as well go next. Staying even a single second after…
-
Inefficient looping is dying too early. Many killers can't be looped effectively anyway and then there are cases like Nemesis, Oni, Billy, Blight where the best play is to drop everything immediately. In many games the only proper chase is the first one. So preserving pallets nets you exactly nothing. Well, they might come…
-
A lot has already been said. I agree with edgarpoop, I_CAME, Gastongard and to a good degree with tjt85. I only want to add Survivors have to be ready for 37 matchups, killers only for one. Learning the survivor side of looping is much more time consuming than it is for killer. Ideally killer mains are in chase four times…

CoB info is basically a selective Gearhead and last I checked that was a decent perk. Rest seems reasonable. Weird use of not having an identity anymore though when merely a number got slashed. I would even argue it never had much of an identity to begin with because the reason it was nerfed was too many perks doing the…
-
CoB still has the info though just like OG Pain Res had and that had to go. I acknowledge CoB is too weak but Pain Res taught us strong regression perks shouldn't come with strong info on top. Maybe CoB duration should be increased to lean more into the info aspect instead with only a mild buff to regression. Maybe the…
-
He looked solely at the numbers. Out of context are the parts when he compares regression times and ignores CoB has an info component, ignores increasing base regression would also be a buff to Pain Res as well as the impact on the average lobby and the more extreme situations, like hooking a survivor inside a 3gen or just…

Judging by the titles of his other videos this feels like easy ragebait to get his monthly video out. It's the only clickbait title in at least 2.5 years.
-
Bad takes with naive, out of context numbers shuffling to fill a 10min video for the algorithm. His previous video on the Overbrine + Eruption meta has equally bad conclusions. That guy can't be serious with these videos. Then again he nodded at the bot after a DC.
-
The grind is metaprogression - an invention to drive engagement without having to provide compelling gameplay. It's a cheap psychotrick that far too many gamers care about. Nothing of note would change if Bloodweb, Rift, Iri fragments and Devotion level suddenly vanished except maybe fewer people would throw matches for…
-
I'm patiently waiting for something to complain about, mhyes. Except if they are running the new Predator. Then you get exactly one token for the entire match.
-
I, too, doubt you are high MMR since you can't even take a screenshot. For games on steam that is F12.
-
but with the different playstyles you could kinda see it as it's own game and therefore it would be weird if it's still the same meta. This outside factor of choosing how/what to play is exactly what transcends a game. A metagame is an information game where you make decisions before the game even starts. If there are…
-
Yes, but this particular evolution is not just different but inferior.
-
You say this but i remember it being used differently 10 years ago.
-
What a shame. I wrote this post for you.
